Cash Plus Pawn — Local services in Burleson

I went into Cash Plus Pawn to sale my rifle. I stood by the gun counter and was greeted by sales associate Jordan. I have done business with Jordan before and never really had issues. Jordan was busy with two customers in front of me, so he asked me to wait on him. I waited on jordan for 45 mins as he finish up his first transaction, and began to finish his second. Jordan then asked me what I wanted to do with my rifle, I told him I wanted to sale it. I gave him a list of all the parts on the rifle and he wrote down a number he would offer me. Jordan than stated your going to be upset. I stated to Jordan I did not have time for games, and that I was in a hurry to get somewhere so tell me how much you will buy the rifle for. Jordan stated I will buy your rifle for 1050.00 right now. I said can you do 1100.00 dollars ? Jordan stated he could not. I then told Jordan I was okay with his offer. He then said that was to east I only want to buy it for 1000.00. I was upset and told Jordan to stop playing games with me. Jordan than stated he didn't want to buy my rifle but he would only offer me 1000.00 dollars. I then stated okay fine I'll take it. Jordan then said you know what I don't want to buy it because I said yes to his offer to easy. I then asked to speak to Jordans manager Luis. After I asked Jordan and he stated he was the manager. Upon speaking with Luis, Jordan completely lied to his manager. Luis did not show any customer service and choose to side with his employee, even though there was another customer that stated he heard Jordan offer me 1050.00 for my rifle. I will never do business with this establishment again. They have the upmost horrific customer service, Jordan lied to me and his manager, and they wasted my time. Do not do business with this establishment. Do not do business with Jordan. He is a liar and will waste your time . Management...

they sold (well conned) my wife a first gen i pad strictly for business assuring her it would be PERFECT for business (obviously she doesn't know anything about i pads, were droid people, heard i pads are better for business use) i xant even download outlook, excel, quick books, not even you tube, Netflix, we were t able to download ANYTHING.... they knew what they were doing and sold it to her anyway. we try to go exchange it for another one and use what we paid for it towards the other one but rhey were only willing to give us 1/2 what we paid and she bouggt it 3 days ago, was going to give it to me for Christmas but couldn't wait because i needed it now....

they talk her into buying something that wouldn't/didn't work, we go back a few days later to get one that will and they want to give us freaking 1/2 our money..... people like that are the scum of this earth.....

update: just got off the phone with apple and they made the first gen i pads obsolete 2...

Went in to look and seen a omega sea master watch , when I asked the price it was a thousand some bucks, they wouldn’t go lower than $900, upon starting to purchase this find, and looking closer at the watch, I discovered it was a fake. A ‘knockoff “ on line is only $250 - $300 at most, Prices are high and no negotiation at this location, and I would highly suggest that you check the authenticity of anything you buy here Because of this I will never purchase anything from this location again. I did previously buy a pink coach purse and wallet at this location for someone for $160 only to discover that coach purses are only $250 at Dillards then to top it off the wallet is fake and the purse as well.
