Panda Express — Restaurant in Burleson

The last time I went to this Panda Express was November 8th. I went an hour and fifteen minutes before closing. I learned that the employees do not keep the dishes made close to closing time. At first, the employee told me it would be 8 minutes to make string bean chicken. Then when I got up to the window, the same employee told me that they didn't have any chicken thawed. I am pretty sure that they use frozen chicken and cook it in grease. Then the employee told me that they were out of spring rolls. I went to the other Burleson location [near Kohl's] and they were out of fried rice and refused to make anymore. Another customer was upset because they only had 3 dishes to choose from and only white rice. Did I tell you that it was an hour before they closed? Why are they NOT making more dishes once they run out? It seems that this a a practice of BOTH Burleson locations. This is ridiculous. It seems that this is an order from upper management not to make any new dishes during the last hour before closing. Beware if you choose to go an hour before closing time. You will be greeted with disappointment! I am no longer supporting any...

This used to be my favorite location to eat. Literally.....I honestly have no words. Not only did the “shift lead” not want to speak to me rather have the employee who answered the phone deal with my issue & they were the ones apologizing & no words from the person in charge. I’m disgusted & unfortunately will never return to this place again. After a long day of work I go to get dinner. Shower, sit down & eat & what I thought was lettuce or cabbage ended up being a huge long piece of plastic. How it was missed I have no idea. 🤢👎🏽 The offer was replace the food next time I go. The shift lead who didn’t speak to me then offered a plate rather then the bowl I originally received “with no charge”. Wow! I don’t want anything at all. Just refund please & thanks for the services of not really trying, I say this because I heard her tell the girl who I was speaking to, advise her to put the phone on mute. Put me on mute??? Person in charge NEVER spoke to me. Maybe there should be a change...
