Something to try once for fun, but I might not go back... Cute place but pricey for ice-cream, although it was quite clean. The line was almost out the door. It would have been nice for the whole menu to be more visible ahead of time, it was only visible once you were at the front. It was comfortable and organized to wait with everyone following the “six feet apart-stand here” stickers. I ordered the majestic shake. The girl was eager to take my order but when I said it.. her face was kind of.. “oh no, not that one”. It seemed she needed help making it. It was disappointing that there were only two cookie dough balls on mine when the picture had at least 5 and that was my favorite part... however it did still look pretty and I shrugged it off due to it being busy and it would take time to place more balls. The price was hard to find.. except on one paper where it was written in sharpie. It went well until we were handed our icecream. Then we stood at the counter and everyone went to take new orders instead of taking our payment. We stood there for 5 minutes, awkwardly holding our icecreams. Mine started melting and dripping down my hand a bit. We didn’t eat them as we waited to pay, since we had masks on, card in one hand, and icecreams in the other. Eventually someone noticed us and we paid. At that point I had 6 napkins awkwardly trying to wipe my sticky hands. We left and ate and it tasted very good. The shake was much thinner than most shakes I’ve ever had, but still tasty. The stick holding the brownie up caught me off guard, it seemed kind of dangerous because it didn’t look like it was there. The picture on the wall also makes it look like theres a vanilla cupcake on top, but in closer inspection.. it was just a deceiving placement. The shake was about 60% shake. 30% whipped cream and 10% chocolate syrup. The last 3 sips were just pure chocolate with whipped cream sitting on top which was a bad way to end the delicious shake. Most disappointing was the cup looked like a mason glass but was really a thin piece if plastic. In all... it was good icecream, with a blip of customer service that could be fixed with some staff training/procedures. The icecream was good, but the taste was nothing special that I wouldn’t prefer it over another place’s icecream. To pay 9.99 for that shake was kinda ridiculous, it is much smaller than I was expecting from the picture. I thought at least I would have a souvenir mason glass to make the price justifiable. In any case, it was a special occasion and something to try once.

Use to love this place. The girl and the guy that are standing next to each other were so rude. The guy totally ignored us in the beginning just talking. Then he just stood there on his phone. I know there was alot of us but maybe if he wasn't on his phone the line would have gone down. Then I asked the girl for chocolate syrup on top and she just put a line. When I use to get the other girls would do a swirl of chocolate. Never had a bad experience till now. I would always go get my kids cakes from here. The ice cream is very good as well. But I don't think I will be back to this location again. Very bad customer service.

We ordered the splendid looking majestic shake and a double dark chocolate in a dipped cone. Both were great! The presentation of my shake was awesome. The employee even bothered to let me know that the shake itself looks a little different from their poster image. Even so, it looked impressive. I would not recommend their chocolate dipped waffle cone because it did taste like cleaner/ detergent lol (someone else reported it in another review).

This was the absolute worst place we could have gone to for my son's very first birthday! I would have given less stars if I could... like -30 stars!! We requested they make for us two cakes (2). One to be his smash cake. (a regular cake like the large one, only smaller not ice cream) and a larger Ice Cream Cake, designed to incorporate the Blue's Clues theme for our son's party. All it needed was some blue and white frosting, with blue paw prints and his name saying: "Happy Birthday, Alistair." A simple request. We especially specified that the smaller one, (his smash cake) be NOT made with ice cream! The smash cake was NOT supposed to be an Ice Cream cake!! When we picked them up, everything seemed fine. However, we put the smash cake (NOT SUPPOSED TO BE MADE OF ICE CREAM JUST CAKE) in the fridge expecting it to be fine for his birthday the very next day. It was not. It melted in the fridge. Besides that, the other cake, which we covered in ice in a cooler, which was kind of our fault for not putting it in the freezer. But it melted waaaaay too fast for the party. And we were completely unable to serve it! As you can see from the video. . . So both cakes... a total of $60 or so dollars, went right down the drain!!! The lady that served us. Out right lied to us. Promising the little one to be a regular cake. The large one melting, may have been our fault. But the fact that we were told the small one would be ok, when it wasn't, was NOT COOL. And when we tried to get a refund from them, they told us they would call us back. But never did. They almost ruined my son's first birthday! If it wasn't for my own talent of making the cupcakes. And frosting them by hand....

I come here often and never have I had a bad experience before. Tonight I was served by a young lady I’ve never seen before. I placed my order, paid, and waited for my order while someone came in minutes after me and placed a similar order (scoop of ice cream) and they served her first after I placed my order first and had already paid. Then, after the other lady left with her order she placed after me, the two young ladies began whispering and snickering with one another. The young lady then handed me my order with ice cream falling out the sides and the cup completely dirty from the ice cream. I had to clean the the entire cup off myself before leaving and she did not offer to help and clean it off since it was given to me sloppy. I’ve never experienced this before and people always receive basic orders in the order they came in. I do not know why today was different. Completely unacceptable, and definitely makes me second guess returning to...
