This is our favorite cicis. There is always fresh food out and they are constantly making more. And the atmosphere is nice, nice decor. The lady who cleans the tables always talks to my son who is 2 and we really enjoy her warm friendliness. This time it took a while to greeted when we came in. The pizza selection sucked, and when I wanted to order something for the buffet I had to wait a long time to be acknowledged. The lady took my order and said it would be out in 7 minutes. That's all I wanted to I just sat with my family until I could see it up. (I could see the whole buffet from my seat) it never came up and we were getting tired of waiting so we walked up and I asked how much longer on the pizza I ordered. She said a few minutes but I could see there was nothing in the oven which is in sight of customers. She apologized and said it must have already come up and everyone ate it. I told her no, because what I ordered was a flatbread pizza which would go where the pepperoni flat bread pizza was still sitting, in the same place since before I ordered and that I watched the buffet so I wouldn't miss it. She said she would put one in but I told her not to worry about it I'll just have dessert I'm ready to leave. I wasn't complaining to anyone, just trying to figure out what was going on. Next thing I know the manager comes out and apologizes and gives me coupons for a free buffet next time. I will definitely continue coming here. I wasn't even that upset about the ok pizza I ordered. I was impressed with the managers customer service though. We have stopped going to the cicis closer to us because their customer service and food is awful. This one is great. We just went...
Read moreToday, I witnessed something at CiCi’s Pizza that demands immediate intervention from ownership. While I was at the salad bar, I overheard a disturbing exchange between the store manager—identified by employees as Amy—and an elderly woman who had politely asked for assistance regarding an accidental tip charge.
The customer was calm, composed, and never once raised her voice. In stark contrast, Amy responded with hostility and verbal abuse, belittling this woman in front of other guests. It was a clear case of a power imbalance being exploited, and it was both uncomfortable and unacceptable to witness.
What made the situation even more appalling was that Amy was so absorbed in berating the customer that she completely neglected several incoming guests, leaving them without service at the buffet counter. This was not just a moment of poor judgment—it was a complete failure in basic professionalism, leadership, and customer care.
Amy’s behavior was not just unbecoming of a CiCi’s employee—it was reprehensible for someone in a managerial role. A manager should be the highest example of customer service and leadership, yet Amy’s actions today did the exact opposite.
I strongly urge the owner to investigate this incident immediately. This is not a matter of retraining—this is grounds for termination. No customer—especially an elderly woman—should ever be subjected to verbal abuse while dining out, and no staff member should be led by someone so incapable of professional conduct.
CiCi’s, you have a responsibility to your customers and your brand. Do the...
Read moreI was a little hesitant about coming here due to most of the reviews I had read prior to coming but we took a chance and I'm glad we did. My family and I came 1st came, Fri. 11/17, around 7pm and it was a little busy. The young lady behind the register was pleasant. The price was 8.99 per adult not including drinks, $1.39 for 3 and under, and $4.99 for 4-10 only. It is very affordable for a family size of 8. The food that was out was very fresh and they had many options, including alot of my favorites that didn't include meat/pork. As a matter of fact the staff had many pizzas coming out left to right to meet the demands of the customers. I don't what they put in they're salads but the salad bar had me hooked. We enjoyed it so much, that we decided to come back again the next day (being that our hotel was up the road) and ate there for lunch. It was busier than the night before but the food & the service was still good. We also got a game card and played a couple of games. We only had an issue with the Ninja Turles game because one out of the four characters (Donatello's if I remember correctly) joystick didn't allow you to walk freely like the rest of the characters but you could still fight with your team. As we were leaving the establishment both times, we were told thank you for coming and to have a great evening in a pleasant manner. I would recommend that you come. The only reason why I gave 4 stars is because nothing exceptional happened besides the fact that we walked out with a better experience than we...
