This place is a joke. Called to order a couple pizzas no one answers the phone. So decided to go online to order of course you have to download an app. Got The app downloaded place my order it provided me a confirmation number. I showed up to pick my pizzas up 45 minutes later. Stared at the back of some kids head behind the register for a couple minutes before he decided to turn around and acknowledge me. I'll let him know I was there to pick up an order and showed him my phone with the screenshot of the order and the order number. He stated their systems aren't linked with the app so he can't look it up by order number. That's just great.. Good job your company uses a worthless app! I asked him if he could check in the back then and see if the pizzas I ordered were sitting to be picked up he said other people may have ordered the same pizza so he couldn't give me a pizza that was ready even though I had a screen shot of the order showing what pizzas I ordered. I can't get over how disappointed I am. I have enjoyed Mama's since I was in High school 30 years ago. First off it took way too long to get my pizza. I was told 30-35 minutes and it ended up being an hour. I get it was a busy Friday night but this is a pizza place, they should be prepared for this. What you did was over promise and under deliver.

Secondly my pizza was mediocre at best. We all know what a Mama's pizza crust should taste like and this wasn't it. It seemed as if this were freshly made dough that didn't have ample time to proof, it was very dense.

If I were the owner of this location I would be concerned as the ratings aren't that great but seem to be something that could be fixed.

I gave Mama’s another go round and it was much better. This is the pizza I remember from my childhood. Toppings were plentiful and flavorful and the crust was as it should have been.
