Worst experience ever I have delivered food for other customers. Always had a long wait but the owner explained to me they make everything from scratch fresh and it was worth the long weights. so I decided even though it’s 25 minutes away to try it for the first time. Unfortunately picked up my order ,brought it home $64. And 20 minutes drive there then 20 mins home for the wrong order . My son called to complain and in the middle of explaining the problem he was put on hold for 20 minutes while I was driving back thinking I was going to pick up the right order this time. It was very upsetting to be on hold that long after being cut off in the middle of our complaint to not get it resolved. Would’ve been happy to exchange the messed up order for the right one but after my son was cut off in the middle of the conversation and put on hold for 20 minutes he knew by the time I got there and would have to wait another 25 minutes for them to prepare a new order so just wanted to refund. Manager told him he would take care of it. I got there ,was told the owner would be back in five minutes he could only do fund so I waited for about 10 minutes only to be told he wasn’t coming back. Asked why we told he could get a refund when he couldn’t and why he cut us off then put on hold 20 mins,he said he busy with other customers . I guess they were more important than the unhappy one on phone. Finally, I was told the owner wouldn’t be back in and I finally got my refund after two hours driving time and was cut off when trying to exchange the order for the right one instead was put on hold for 20 minutes. The manager kept telling me different stories, but finally gave me back my money. That food could never be good enough to overcome the worst customer service I’ve ever had especially from a manager. Very disappointed , was given the wrong order, was treated very rudely and two hours of driving time ,30 minutes of waiting time for an owner that never came just to end up getting a refund I had to fight for.. the service was way too bad to ever even want to try. They get full points from me, I work at the tiger farms, I've eaten each type of their Chris fried rice, each one had something for all, the normal was warm but good the egg was fluffy and the rice was well cooked the meat in it was also as good the shrimp was juicy and fluffy. the hot kicks it up after a bite you'll want another it has the right amount of spice and can be made hotter with the oil for the extra hot they put in the bag like the first it taste good and I eat it for lunch most times. The extra hot is a challenge I would say it's great but to much spice is added to where it burns the throat but it has a level of spice where you will still eat it and with the diced onions in it has a sweet and flavourful kick that hits the right area of the taste buds. And the additional soy and duck sauce is also a good way to change the taste, the soy sauce is salty but is better for normal rice, the duck sauce Is sweet tho to me it is lacking and I wouldn't use it for the rice. Anyways I typed enough ill post more reviews when I try more which I will in the future....

Ordered dinner for my family, and wasn't very pleased. The Orange chicken didn't look like Orange chicken, more like barbecue sauce covered chicken. That is all my son eats from a Chinese place, and he didn't like the flavor, it was also overcooked, way too hard to chew. My husband's jalapeño chicken was ok, because of the fact the chicken was overcooked, I ordered sweet and sour chicken for my girls, and we didn't get the sauce for it, it was too far out of our way to go back for it, and the spring rolls are super small, panda has the same tasting rolls except pandas is bigger and just about the same price. I ordered the special, and it wasn't bad, but the spam makes it too salty...if you've never had hawaiin bros, they have a Seaweed covered spam slice that sits on a bed of rice, and that is delicious, and not salty either, I just don't like seaweed so i take it off. The reason I pointed them out, was the spam they use isn't salty, the spam at this place is definitely salty. Mind you I spent about $80+ and it wasn't alot of food, and it wasn't...
