Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Burleson

UPDATE: CHIPOTLE HAS LISTENED! I am changing my rating from 2 starts to 5!!! They have picked up the pace and the quality of service! Haven’t had another instance of food running out, and I don’t know if it’s for the expectation of better reviews but the serving portions are back to normal chipotle servings! And I’m glad because prices have gone up which is expected in this economy but it’s nice to atleast get the same amount for the price as opposed to less food for more money. The staff has even dropped the attitude👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 Way to go chipotle for listening to your customers! I will be going back for sure!

So I went in around 8 pm super ready to order (Chipotle is my favorite!!) because for the first time EVER I have a chipotle less than 25 min from my house! I place my order, they skimp on the cheese and sour cream and when I ask for more (the normal amount) they say “ugh..we can’t. We’re running low” so I say that’s fine. I order a side of queso and When I ask for chips they say “we’re out.” And I’m shocked because this has never happened to me at a chipotle. I ask if they will be making more soon and she says, “we only make one batch in the morning and that’s it. If it runs out we don’t make more and it usually does toward the end of the day” (which I’m thinking ok then y’all should know to make more in the first place!) and so I say, “ok fine, then I don’t need the queso anymore” and she ROLLS HER EYES AT ME!!! And once again says “ugh… I have to get my manager.” She was beyond rude and I was severely disappointed. Didn’t offer an apology for being low/out of things nor did they at least tell people coming in “Hey, heads up we are out of chips for the night” then proceed to have an attitude about it. I ordered a quesadilla. I asked to sample the chicken carnitas and the girl just threw that meat on the quesadilla, about half a spoon. Then grabbed a handful of cheese and sprinkled only about half of what she grabbed and put the rest back. I basically got a big dry tortilla with a tiny bit of meat that I ended up not even liking. I couldnt even see any melted cheese. Then she asked me if I wanted the meal or just the quesadilla, I opted for the meal. She took it upon herself to give me beans and double rice. Beans were only half full & the rice was about 3/4 of the way. When I told her I wanted salsa she told me no because I already got double rice. I told her I didnt ask for that. She covered it anyway and tossed my meal to the cashier. Another girl gave me salsa out of embarrassment. Portions are absolutely mediocre! Meats were cold! Ridiculous excuse of a meal & they still have the odasity to ask for a tip!?!?! You are better off taking a can of soup with you to work for lunch or a bread and bologna sandwich. Dont waste your money at this location!!! I usually go to the location on 35 in Burleson but didnt have enough time to go all the way there and back. Never again at this location. I have no idea how they are still open!!! I would give this location zero stars if that was...

I literally told him the first thing was chicken!!! And he said, "What kind of rice!? And I thought he put the chicken in after.. no.. he kept going, but at the end, he said a veggie bowl, right? No meat ? I laughed and said no I had chicken?" At this point, I understand we are human, and it was my fault I didn't see him not put the chicken in. But he continued to say no meat right? . and he rang me up for chicken anyway??!! I literally said, "Can I get a chicken bowl?" to him the first thing. He looked so lost.. he was an older white gentleman... I always go to the one on 35.. and I came here because I didn't have time to meal prep.. and I stopped before work... he should have admitted to not putting it in because he didn't hear me? ... but instead charged me for meat and gave me no meat??? .. is this job so hard. I work in customer service, and I will admit my flaws and fix it? He was the one who made my food. Allssooo I was the only one in line, too!!!.. never coming back here to this location..

The older guy that checked me out was so carless.. no customer service.. he should have just told me I apologize and re made the bowl. Bit instead still charged me for chicken when I got no meat at all ... this is ridiculous. I don't recommend this...
