Arby's — Restaurant in Burley

I am not impressed with the staff or food. As I was waiting for my food, someone came in stating that they had missed some items on her order. They laughed as soon as she walked in and said what is wrong now. I ordered a turkey and Swiss sandwich It came out with no meat. I took it back to the counter and the cashier’s response was to yell back to the cook and saying what are you doing? And they laughed again. The cook apologized. Another employee brought me another sandwich. She Made the comment that she was sorry. Then she proceeded to tell us that they had had a lot of mistakes lately and that she didn’t know what was going on. As we left, the cashier made the statement “we have the meat” on our way out. When I opened my sandwich to eat it, it was a mess. There was a pile of meat in the middle only, One piece of cheese, and a pile of sauce in one corner and none anywhere else. Took around 20 minutes to get my French dip thrown into a bag with hair on it. My wife went in to get a refund and they let her stand at the counter for 15 minutes! Then when she finally spoke up and requested service she got attitude and was treated poorly. Will NOT go back until management is changed my wife noticed while she was attempting to get a refund that the fry warmer was off, the au jus warmer was off, and the kitchen area was disgusting with grease on every surface. I’d also like to mention that another customer drove off after paying without getting anything I guess he got tired of waiting because he was only two cars behind me and was still waiting by the time we came back for our refund. Most of our food was lukewarm to cold. When eating chicken wings, roast beef sandwiches and fries it shouldn't be hard to keep food at an acceptable temperature.

Our wait time wasn't too bad. However, I had to go back up to the counter repeatedly to get sauces and utensils because they are not accessible to customers otherwise.

Our cashier when we ordered was polite and pleasant. She was very quiet which made it hard to hear her behind her mask.

While we were there, there was a lady yelling at the manager for cooking without gloves. I didn't notice this because I was on the other side of the wall, however, due to the argument customers left before...
