I cannot thank this location enough. On June 29th, my cousin, 10yr old daughter and I were in a horrific accident in Half Moon Bay. We were transported to the hospital and then stranded in Burlingame several hours from our nearest relative. We found this starbucks and they offered much needed comfort. The baristas allowed us to stay there while waiting for family to arrive from nevada. They even loaned us a phone charger so we could stay in contact with our family and gave my very traumatized child a hot chocolate. Read moreThe Dude at the cashier with long hair looked stoned out of his mind. Couldn't even process a simple 1 coffee order. Each time I go there the atmosphere feels very uninviting. Like they don't want to be there, and that's at all hours of the day.
I get no one "Loves" their job, but you're supposed to have the professionalism of Greeting Customers when they enter and not give them a sour face while taking/making orders... Your Making coffee, it's not the end of the world.

For the next customer here is your "top secret" 4 digits security pin to enter their "secure restroom" 1208, whaooo I just breached security. I thought only my atm card was the only one with that many digits.
