Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Burlington Township

Thank you. I have not had the time to contact that site. However, my younger brother drove by yesterday afternoon from 541 and noted from the street that the trash was higher than ever. I will not be visiting this site soon again unfortunately. If the trash can in the front door cannot be emptied, what is to be said about the food itself. Please note...This is a mindset at this site and is not indicative of the rest of the franchise.

This has been downgraded to my first 1 star. Hopefully you understand. I may review in the months. I don't like giving low reviews but must be honest in all things.. I am willing to aid in assisting with increasing the quality of this establishment though and you may contact me if you so desire. the workers just need guidance. They are good people.

Please visit or have someone you trust drop in to check the quality of this restaurant.

Have a good balance of your day. Was very surprised about this restaurant. I thought all Chipotles were very good. The service and the atmosphere were pretty low. I know I entered in with my brother had a relatively late time about an hour before they were too close but the table settings were very dirty. The condiments had trash and straws all thrown about and napkins were all over. I agree that they were relatively busy when we got there but at some point it died down and there were a Coke workers in the back that were wandering around. One or two individuals were diligent and were trying as they were cleaning the area of the food serving station but at least five others could have been cleaning the table area.these individual should be promoted to management or get a pay raise

We ordered the queso and it seemed like it was prepared from powdered cheese as it was not favorable. I don't mind if I had that it was powdered cheese but it should at least have had the proper consistency,

At the entrance was a trash can that was overflowing. I have included the picture as I left the same trash can was overflowed. It wasn't like they didn't have a lot of extra employees because they were a couple of them that came out and started drinking soda while the restaurant sitting area was kind of in shambles. I hope this was a one-off but from what I gather the reviews don't seem to promising and I agree with them. I very rarely give such low scores

Hopefully they can get better over time. The sitting atmosphere only had one abstract art and the rest of the restaurant was basically a box. Would have been nice to have some pictures on the wall to distract from the...

Let me 1ST say I love Chipotle. I visit atleast once per week. The place is clean, the food is always fresh, & the staff is doing their best. There have been times when I have walked out because the line was being held up because they were out of something and had it on the grill. I would like to make a recommend-ation based on what I witnessed today. Until you are properly staffed there is no reason for the one person who is on the grill to leave that grill other than for break. I say this because both the drive thru and the counter were out of the fajita mix and the 1 cook was trying to divy it up because I refused to let him walk pass the counter to give it to the drive-thru while there was a line at the counter. The cook should say what's ready and someone from the counter & someone from the drive thru could both bring their empty container and fill up since they were both at a stand still. The poor chef looked like he was taking up a church offering because once he gave me some everyone else wanted some. I'm sorry but not, because I had already waited 5 minutes and then would have to wait another 5 + minutes because the drive thru asked for it 1st and while he was serving it there was none on the grill cooking at the same time. Again, the place is clean the food is fresh & good, the staff is still learning how to work together. I have never had hair in my food, saw ppl working without gloves or anything nasty. I have never had food poisoning or an upset stomach afterwards, or experienced rudeness. Just thought I should make a suggestion or 2. To all those going thru the drive-thru: If you aren't Uber eats, Door-dash, or disabled, whyyyy??? PLEASE don't do it to yourself. This Chipotle is the absolute worst representation of the brand. I have been here several times since it opened and just when I thought it couldn't get any worse they find a way to lower the bar further. From employees rolling their eyes to having to wait for rice and being told "we can't use the drive thru rice for you", this location never disappoints with poor customer service. The front counter is an absolute disaster that is covered in different foods as they drag your bowl or burrito through the mess. Don't worry about trying to ask for individual ingredients because as they scoop every single food item remnants falls into the other trays that mixes everything anyways. I'm pretty sure my last 3 visits now have had me waiting 10-15 minutes for rice to be made. As a former employee of Chipotle many years ago it was practically a cardinal sin to not have replacement ingredients ready. The standards at this location are non existent and it shows. The burrito I ordered today was poorly rolled to really be a burrito bowl that had to be re-rolled at home so I could eat it as intended. The ingredients were just falling out. The staff obviously doesn't care about the customer one bit and the GM needs to be removed. The staff is rude, disrespectful and rushes the customer. I had the cashier ask me cash or card four times today before I even chose which salsa I wanted. I don't see any other way of this location improving since the GM let's these things happen regularly. I will be going to a further location in the future because I cannot have another experience like I've been having here. The only other alternative is to close...
