Pizza Village — Restaurant in Burlington Township

I ordered from this place as I usually do several times in a week. This particular day. I ordered and the order for delivery went to the wrong address. The discussion during my call was where my order would go about 5-6 times. They even put me on hold to make sure they had correct address. Well my food went to a different address. What they offered was to go pick food back up and re deliver to correct address...uhhhh no ma'am you will not and deliver me cold food that's already been delivered to wrong address. I asked for a refund and at which time I was denied. I was told I had to wait for the manager. I didn't wait for the manager to place order. So why am I waiting now? I told the guy on phone that was all the money I had and I have children in the house that are hungry and I need to order from another place and to refund me immediately to do so. His response was. They can wait a few hours. I was told I had to wait and then they hung the phone up on me. Again I've given alot of money to this place by ordering very often. I've now deleted this number of of my phone. How dare they treat an existing customer with such disrespect and lack of compassion for kids in the home. So done!

I was going to delete this comment, but I decided not to. I really wanted people to know what happened after I spoke with the owner.

Well Mr. CARLOS contacted me about what happened. Needless to say he wasn't pleased with his staff. Carlos stared he would gather his crew for a short meeting. In the end Carlos offered me a full refund. He also stated that he would fulfill another order. Well I put another order in which exceeded the I original cost over$35 And was not charged 1 dime. Mr. Carlos stated he was all about his customers. Well. I have a small event in a few days and you guessed it. I will definitely be ordering from here thanks to Carlos my faith is restored. I used to love this place but recently the food quality has been awful! I called and talked to 3 people because I was craving a tuna salad hoagie and was lied to flat out. Totally disgusting $9 hoagie!! I asked for extra mayo just so it wouldn't be dry, there wasn't even any mixed in with the tuna or celery or any of these so called ingredients that make tuna salad! Not only was it dry it barely had any tuna on the hoagie roll and tasted like they opened the can and slapped a tiny bit on a stale roll and all I could taste was the overpowering of red onions! I know it's a pizza place but they couldn't even cook my 2 year olds spaghetti with meat sauce and I thought their pizza was the best around a few years ago but NO more. Friendly staff but they need an overhaul or new cooks! Biggest waste of money and completely pissed that I was lied too! And here we go A year later I think I'm going to order a pizza from this place Oh my God what a joke The absolute worst pizza I've ever had in my entire life! Specialty Cheesesteak Pizza huh? I guess the ground up meat is supposed to be cheese steak No taste and I asked for extra cheese I guess I should of asked for some onions/peppers or something to add some more money onto the bill because this was basically baked dough with some American cheese and ground up cheesesteak meat! Absolutely horrible!! Will NEVER order from this...

It was our second time ordering from them, we ordered chicken quesadillas and white pizza with mushrooms. Chicken quesadillas was burned, rough, and the pizza had a weird taste we couldn’t tell if the mushrooms were bad or what. Everyone got one slice and didn’t want to eat more. Half pizza still here and it is going to the trash.

Called and I was told: Response for the pizza: “Mushrooms are fresh, they can’t be bad”, Response for the quesadillas: “we will send another quesadilla and get the other one”. Almost 1 hour later the quesadilla arrived with no sides. Second time and our last, we were trying to buy from local businesses as much as we can to help out, and unfortunately we had this experience.

Update: Now everyone in our house is sick, yeah the mushrooms or whatever it was in the freaking pizza. Called again and I was told, “It is fresh mushrooms and I will eat the mushrooms myself and if I feel sick he won’t use anymore” Please be advised to not use mushrooms, I don’t know other items,...
