So this happen to me yesterday after visiting the chicken coop bc no way this is wing stop. I waited 10-15 minutes extremely hungry so I ordered a 6 piece that looks like crumbs. To even consider that this was a fair portion and drop it in the fryer was crazy to get all the way home than noticed this mess. I called them complaining about the sizes and never received any type of apology which I would of been okay with so I asked for the manager so the rude color girl said I am the manager and that I should come back and show her my complaint. I said I can’t come back now it’s not possible than she replied well that’s the only way I can help you in a very rude way than hung the phone up on me. I was so confused to why she was mad more than myself as if she had spent her hard working money which is why I asked to speak to a manager because she didn’t have NOOO professionalism about her at all & kept hanging up on me when asked her name. I was going to add her name to the review but she refused to give it to me over the phone and kept hanging up every time I would call back. Finally after 20 missed calls she answered and I said I asked for your name why would you hang up?? She goes my boss said I don’t have to give my name if I’m not comfortable. I said I asked to speak your boss before you got extra rude but you said he wasn’t in ONLY comes in to help out. This person was acting like a child so bad over the phone and didn’t have any management skills. She than proceeded to curse at me and hang the phone up again. If I could of went back up there in that heat of the moment it would have been uglier in their. The condiment area was full of trash along with the customer service. Read moreI placed an online order at 4:30, and it indicated that it would be ready in 16 to 21 minutes. When I arrived at the store shortly after 4:45, I was informed that my order was not ready. I left to pick up my kids from their after-school activities and returned about 15 minutes later. Upon entering, I discovered that they didn’t have the sauce I ordered for my tenders. At that point, I politely requested a refund. The cashier went to the back (only a few feet away) to inform them of my request and then returned to ask for my order number, which I provided. He wrote it down on a piece of paper and told me I would receive a refund within 5 to 7 business days. I then asked for a receipt as proof of my refund request. The cashier went back again to communicate this, but when he returned, he said that since I placed the order online, I couldn’t receive a receipt. I then requested to speak with a manager. The cashier went to get the manager, who approached me and stated that he couldn’t provide a receipt and reiterated that I would receive a refund in 5 to 7 business days, speaking to me in a very unpleasant tone. I asked the manager for his name in case I needed to report the incident, and he simply replied, “Q.” When I asked for his full first name, he repeated “Q” and turned away, walking off. Read moreDISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I got there 15 minutes after opening and saw the cashier was just getting dropped off. I held the door open for her behind me. She didn't even think to say thank you. One of the cooks asked if I was picking up, to which I said I still needed to order. He looked at the cashier girl who was slowly walking to the back and told me it would be about 2 mins. Fine. I went to the restroom. Came out, and she still wasn't at the register. She comes up, still wearing her dirty robe and slippers that she got out of the car with, opens her register, and then walks back through the kitchen. No acknowledgment to the customer WAITING ON HER. One of the cooks, who were already completing orders for online/pick up, at least came out to let me know they can start my order once the girl was ready.
I remembered her face and attitude from a previous visit. (Skinny face, nose ring) She obviously doesn't want to be there and doesn't deserve to work in a customer service position.
Thank you to the cook who at least showed concern. I started to put in an online order but decided to drive away and spend my money elsewhere.
If management doesn't care to correct her behavior, they don't care about customer service either.
