Bickford's Grille — Restaurant in Burlington

Me and my girlfriend were looking for a small breakfast spot to eat at when we got out of her appointment right down the street, this spot happened to be the closest place.. food portion size was perfect but I was kinda disappointed in how it was made, I ordered the 16 wheeler, huge plate but the whites of the eggs was very runny, not sure how u can mess up eggs, my girlfriend ordered the steak and eggs, she likes her steak with lil pink as possible, when she got her food she cut into all the steak tips and low and behold bloody pink all the way thru, we told the waitress, she brought it in the back and instead of them throwing the steak back on the grill they threw it in the microwave oven.. ( we could both tell because everything else on the plate was hott, eggs cooked all the way thru and the steak was now dry) that’s not how u cook steak.. we both worked in the food industry and was actually alil surprised that they tryed to pass it off like that… food was ok but we most likely won’t go back.. wish I could give...

This is very much a Bickford's. You're generally going to get a good, satisfying meal, and the location looks great.

I've gotten breakfast here, enjoyed it. During the pandemic I typically get a turkey club with fries, and that's been consistently great. I like how crispy they do fries here. Prices are pretty good.

Not really anything here you can't get elsewhere, but I can be confident that whatever I order is going to make for a satisfying meal.

For negatives, it's like, whenever I order from a Bickford's, there's a 30% chance they're just going for forget something entirely. Usually it's the drink (I always have to remind them that I ordered a coffee), but sometimes it's straight-up and appetizer or something like that. Just be sure to check your order.

From the moment we arrive, a staff member is always there to hold the door, making our entry seamless and welcoming.

It’s a standout in every way—thoughtfully designed with ample space and well-placed grab bars. Unlike many other restaurants, this restroom is easy to access without navigating multiple doors.
