Biscuitville — Restaurant in Burlington

It pains me to give this world-famous brilliance anything other than 5 stars, but they need to tighten up. It’s been painfully slow for years now, just general disorder more often than not, which feels like an aspect of the “corporate chain” vibe they’ve been putting off lately. Get back to your roots! I realize you’re always busy, but it’s a hazard having cars backed into the street, and waiting 20+ minutes for “fast” food is just wrong. Need better managers and better training. Peace.

Edit: I’m knocking this down to a 3 star based on my last attempt at having a decent experience. It was around 1:40, not busy at all, but it still took them over 20 minutes to fix my very small and simple order. When I finally got to the window they had a stupefied look on their faces when I asked them why it had taken so long. My buddy was behind me in line and overheard them cussing me after I had left. AND, the cold food they gave me was not what I had...

Update: finally went to this location again, and the cashier at the first window had an extremely bad attitude and decided to complain to me that: No one could understand what I was saying because I had a loud motor.......Um, I am driving a Prius, which is quiet. Also, how hard is it to just ask "what did you order"?. On top of that, one of the biscuits was cold,smashed, stuck to the paper and broken.....

Double drive -thru too complicated for the employees. Give my order to someone, who correctly repeated the order and gave a total. I literally spelled my 4 letter name, so shouldn'thave been confusing. My order was a simple 2 buttered biscuits and a drink. Get to the window. Cashier can't find the order, shuts window. Reopens window and says there is no order. Ok, how difficult to throw it together? Apparently too difficult. There were several bags sitting at her space, so pretty sure...

The worst biscuitville ever!!! I came back twice through drive thru cause they forget a chicken biscuit COMBO!!!! The second time I came they gave me two biscuits which I thought they were the chicken biscuits and fries!!! My brother tells me they forgot the fries!!!!!! I drive back, went inside this time and asked them y’all forgot the fries and when I got home my brother says they didn’t put no chicken in his biscuit !!!! They acted like they didn’t care, the manager was smiling acting like she wanted to laugh, I’m just done! Didn’t have problems with this biscuitville until now! They didn’t even offer me anything like a muffin or a free drink for coming back twice from drive thru and the third...
