Whoever is the GM or even manages should reconsider their line of work. I got to BWW around 7:15 ordered my drink which came promptly, I ordered my food also. 3 guys come and sit next to me and they get their food before myself and the other gentleman sitting next to me who came before all of us and got his food after them. We both look at each other like.. huh⌠anyways we let it go. There is only 1 bartender working during a Celtics playoff game and all you can eat boneless wings for $19.99 (thatâs probably why they only staff 1 bartender so she isnât able to be as attentive to when you need to order more âall you can eatâ anyways a full hour goes by without food. During this hour I see more and more people get their food.youre probably wondering why I didnât ask where my food was, like I said one bartender, Celtics playoff game, the poor girl was busy. I end up canceling my order and closing my tab. Youâd think maybe have a manager come over an apologize or comp a beer (at least 1 of the 2 I ordered) nope, nothing. Terrible management, they donât know how to staff let alone manage a restaurant. Very embarrassing for whoever owns this franchise let alone the brand itself.
If youâre coming here for all you can eat wings, Donât waste your time. I do want to thank BWW for reminding me why I shouldnât come here and order, felt dumb for even signing up for their rewards program while I was waiting. I get my tab for $17.66 I gave the girl $40 and ask for change because itâs not her fault, she comes back with $22 (my 20 and 2 singles) ok well if you donât understand Iâm trying to still tip you and you only give me back $2⌠needless to say she got a $2 for not understanding I needed her to break the $20.
Anyways long story short donât waste your time coming for the promotion they understaff the bar so you canât eat as much as you think so they donât lose money. No manager around to fix any issues you may have so honestly just go elsewhere this place is a...
   Read moreI visited this Buffalo Wild Wings location since it was opened (~10-15 times). We like their sauces as a family, that's why we tried really hard to disregard the terrible service but we cannot anymore. We have experienced the following issues in our visits: In every visit (yes every), order was taken wrong and we did not received what we ordered. At least one of us had to wait further every time for the correct food. Multiple times we waited 1hr+ for our food to be serviced. You can imagine how kids get agitated when they are hungry. You come to restuarant at 7pm, and you have to wait until at 830pm. Every time, we asked water for kids, and it was never serviced with the first ask, we had to ask over and over again to get one glass of water. In our last visit waitress spilled food on my wife's blouse and didn't even feel to apologize. I had to talk to management directly twice in our visits but it was a joke. Management had no idea how to handle situations like these and they were clueless. Unfortunately, they cannot bring two words together to make even a sentence, very poor choice of management. I reached out to corporate to complain about the service and they don't care either. They forwarded my complaint to Burlington store, store tried to call me once (yes only once to check the box), and when they couldn't reach, they send me an impersonal, unsatisfying response letter with a $25 gift card. They didn't not answer any of my specific complaints, nothing.
If you look at all the Buffalo Wild Wings joints in MA area, they all have low ratings, and it seems their ownership doesn't care about this. They make no move to train their managers, pick the right people to be a managers, and more importantly improve the terrible service that they provide. I will never visit Buffalo Wild Wings again, and if you like to keep your sanity, I recommend not to go to this store or any other in MA area. Maybe then, they will care about...
   Read moreDo. Not. Go. Here. This place is terrible. My teenager loves the food and kids don't notice service so I've been there 4 times now. It's always been bad but today was wow. So waited at the host stand with three other parties. Small groups of two to three. Noone Came to seat anyone for at least 10 minutes. Not long for a doctor's office, a while for fast casual. Finally we got a seat. Then another 15 minutes of waiting before my teenager went off to find a server. She went because my wife and I were about to leave and again she likes that place. We had been passed by several, but after my kid went and asked we were seen. The lady came for drink orders. Having waited now about 30 min, we made sure to order our food as well. I ask for a beer. Three times. My wife and kid get their sodas and I had to reorder my beer. At an hour we had no food, I had no beer and then they turned the sports game up to 11. Now we have to shout at each other. Finally said screw it and asked to take it to go. Do you want your beer? Uh, no I can't drink it in the car. Take another 15 to get our food. The server comes over and slaps down our bill, I gave her our card and she comes back and slaps it down again. No pen nothing. Our food was missing the carrots and celery. They might have been there at one point as there was an empty bag in our bigger togo bag. Well didn't have a pen on me so screw it, no tip and left. Bill was 103 dollars and they still charged me for the beer I didn't get. Onion rings were friggin awful, doughy and some had no onion. Wings were cooked adequately but not sauced well. My wife's wings tasted like old leftovers. Service there sucks. At my second time there they had one guy serving all the tables and the bar. Whoever manages or owns this shitshow needs to improve drastically or admit defeat...
