I went to the drive-thru tonight. Horrible customer service! If I could, I would have given zero stars for the service. I am putting my time into writing this review and I hope it gets heard and they do something about it. First of all, they made me wait for 10 minutes with only one car in front of me. When I got to the window they had gotten my order wrong and all they had to do was take one drink off of my order, the lady had so much attitude and didn’t want to accept that she got my order wrong. I’m asking employees like her to fix their attitude and be more professional, please. Then they asked me to pull over to the right and made me wait for more than 15 additional minutes. And they still missed one of the fries. The fries I got were also not well-cooked. Finally, I was so tired of waiting and their unprofessional behavior when I was being so respectful and patient with them in return, so I just left. They said they didn’t charge me for that fries that I didn’t get but after I got home and looked at my receipt they charged me for a fry and a medium lemonade that I didn’t get (they also told me they had returned my money for the lemonade but they hadn’t). I was also charged for the medium size of the lemonade but got a small one. They also put 6 ketchup packs and 6 mayonnaise packs for each sandwich on my receipt but I actually got none! Can you believe it! This is a fraud! No matter how small it is or if it was unintentional (it was definitely due to their negligence, they need to care only a little bit and take their job seriously just a bit). I’m telling you guys to check your receipt for extra stuff you didn’t get. Read moreREAD!!! Ive never seen a group of lazier and slower fast food workers. I was there for 30-40 minutes today and the whole experience was atrocious. There were 4-5 workers just standing outside doing nothing while both drive-thru lines were packed. There was nobody taking orders in either drive-thru lines and when somebody finally answered it turns out that it was the same lady taking orders of both lines! During all this time I saw 5 people leave very angry. While there are two windows, one of them was closed and the one in operation had one person with a red fit bit and nose piercing (that I shouldn’t have been able to see) handling the money, preparing the drinks, and handing out the food. She took about five minutes counting the money and another five filling up our drinks. She got an attitude too after we asked her to repeat what she said because she was mumbling. I don’t understand what the point of having 4 other workers in there when they were clearly doing nothing. There was one trying to hide even though we could clearly see her just standing there eating ice and then there was one with a fake LV mask standing there too. Read moreAt 12:48p.m. on Saturday August 16th 2025, I had the pleasure of being thoroughly taken care at the drive-thru by the awesome team at N.Church St location from start to finish it was a pleasurable experience. After I received my no.5 medium meal, I parked in the Burger King parking lot to eat my meal. I enjoyed my HOT fries (with ketchup and mayo that the team member gave me with no push back which was refreshing), the HOT, flame broiled double cheeseburger was perfection. I made the decision that management had to know about the experience. I walked into establishment which was clean. I was welcomed by an exiting employee and he held the door, I was greeted by the lady cashier and I asked to speak with the manager on duty. She told Charles Long but he was busy on the line which hey take care of the hungry customers like he did my order. I had the absolute pleasure to speak with Lamonte. I told him about the wonderful experience from BK team. He thanked me and I thanked him. Keep up the fantastic work!!!
