Waffle House — Restaurant in Burlington

The waitress was really nice. The cook he was kinda rude. The place wasn't clean. The bathroom was dirty. I mean, it fits into the greasy spoon genre, but I just can't risk eating and getting sick, which I did. I did get sick after I ate there. It could have been it was just too greasy. Or the fact that the cook was wearing the same gloves when he was cooking, using his hands to pick up the bacon and then crack the eggs never changing the globes. But who am I to say? I'm not a doctor I just know. I had to runs, but I was constipated, so you know, it's a win win. Truth be told, I knew I would get sick to my stomach. That's why I went there because I was and I don't mean to be, you're sharing too much TMI, but I was constipated, so I knew I would get sick. So I mean, if you're having problems going, this type of food will help. I'm just being honest. I'm sorry. I'm not trying to be rude and this is nothing against the cook. I knew exactly what I was doing. I take full responsibility and I was able to move my bowels...

If could give zero stars I would but it’s not a option. First I placed a order online that only consisted of a double waffle. I picked my order up an got home an looked and my waffles were over cooked hard an stiff. I literally live the next street over so I headed back to Waffle House. I had to wait almost 25 minutes on 2 waffles because the entire staff was playing around. An they shut the grill down to clean while the had 3 other customers waiting on food as well. I have never been to ANY Waffles House that would make paying customers wait like that. An if they choose to do so it definitely should be signs posted to let paying customers know that way you have the choice to wait or not. I never intended to visit that Waffle House anymore only because it was way to much horse playing going on while they were cleaning an my time is valuable jus...

I have tried to give this place another chance on a couple of occasions in the past year since I left the previous review. And yet again to surprise... They have yet to get even slower and even more efficient with their. It has literally taken them over 45 minutes to make a regular cheese omelette. We placed that order to go about an hour ago. Someone please come here and train these people. These cooks are inefficient and need to be trained for effective service.

We have been sitting here for over 25 minutes waiting to order our food. The waitress got our drinks and wandered off. People who have come in after us have been served their order. Wait staff Ignored our table.Even the manager pass by.I just can't believe I wasted almost half an hour waiting for somebody to come and take our order. I left here...
