La Cocina Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Burlington

I called in my order I asked about some carne nachos she told me they had them I asked for steak. I also had other items but this one was by far the worst. It had big strippers of steak and a bunch of chips and a little cheese at the bottom of the to go dish. I called and asked for my food to be remade she told me that they could remake them but I needed a recipe. I let her know that I paid with cash and that the cashier never handed me a recipe. She told me she needed to check with her manager and give me a call back. She never called back so I ended up having to call myself. She then said they couldn’t pull up my order with the time stamp I gave her or the order number. She said there was nothing she could do until her manager returned on Wednesday. Even tho she had been speaking with him all day. I told her that he communication was bad and that she didn’t tell me that originally. She called back 10 minutes later saying she could replace my food and refund me for the items I didn’t want replaced. By far the worst experience this really messed up my dinner...

I've been going to the location on N. Church Street for dinner for a year and a half. I always go with friends and we always have separate checks and usually use Restaurantdotcom gift certificates. All of a sudden, only one certificate per table is allowed and suddenly this has always been their policy. I always order more to be able to use the lowest certificate that they offer. My friends were allowed to use theirs, but they would not accept mine. This is also the first time that we have had poor service. They messed up a child's order and one adult did not get their food until the rest of us were halfway through our meal. No offer to reduce the bill or apology was made. Three people at the table had the same drink and the server would refill the drink for two people and completely ignore the third. I work in the hospitality industry, so it takes a lot for me to leave a disparaging comment. They will never get my business again, as I will never return to any of...

I ordered carry out acp and lunch combo #9. When I placed the order the girl on the phone was rude with me. As soon as I placed the order she said “it’ll be ready in 15 minutes” and then immediately hung up. When I arrived to get my food customer service was terrible but I got my food and left . I got home and there was not a single bit of cheese on either mine or my wife’s food (which is the main reason I want Mexican food). So I have to drive all the way back from my house (which by the way I’m on my 1 hour lunch break and I’m already over half way done with) and take my order back in and tell them the problem and how Inconvenient it is for me to have to do all of this and the woman didn’t say a word and just hand me my money back. I won’t go to this locacina ever again and it’s despicable how rude they were over a mistake...
