OMG where do I start... promotion of the Nacho Fries was the WORST...pulling into drive I notice the Taco Bell sign and Ad for the fries only issue was the sign said " NA_HO FRIES" Ok?! This sign is located on a very busy road with other fast food restaurants! I found the humor in it of course but wondered who was in charge of the sign and wondered if anyone else noticed it...mainly management. Ok I get to drive thru to order these NA_HO fries and 3 crunchy tacos with meat and cheese only to be told by the lady on the speaker that "THEY ARE OUT OF BEEF IT WILL TAKE 10MINS TO COOK IF THEY COOK IT BUT THEY HAVE CHICKEN AND STEAK" UMM lady on the speaker NO I WANT MY TACOS...How you going to tell me at 8:00pm that you are out of beef and it will take you such and such amount of time to do your job? And why the heck are you out of beef at TACO BELL? I told her I'd wait after she told me I could wait in parking lot. This drive thru is so small that I still had to go completely thru as if I'd ordered. When I came to service window, I clearly was just going to drive by it and around to wait for beef. But the lady waved me down and stopped me and I told her I was one waiting and she says " NO I GOT YOU" I'm like ok?! That was a short 10mins I'm thinking in my mind...I asked how much and she say "NO DONT WORRY ABOUT IT THANK YOU" I Thanked her and told her I appreciated it. I came home and began to pass out my family there individual request for 4 different fast food joints and my boyfriend gets his tacos to find them broken, soggy, sprinkle of cheese and maybe a teaspoon of beef on the tacos! I was furious! I drove back and showed them each one of the tacos that clearly we're not fit to be served and that offering a customer free food that wasn't even prepared properly is disgraceful and bad customer service. I offered to pay for my food if that would deliver better quality...the same lady that sold me the messiness out the window handled my issue inside, she may have been managing but clearly not! I returned home yet again but tacos we're still soggy on bottoms after only 5 min drive long story short my boyfriend had no dinner! N. Church Street Burlington NC location is a mess...I'd rather go to Graham NC or other location by Holly Hill Mall. I should have went with my conscious when I saw the sign...it was...
Read moreNormally I don't post negative comments but... My order didn't go through on the kiosk because apparently I was paying with cash. After waiting for a few minutes, It seemed like they were trying to figure out who is going to ring it up with no enthusiasm to get my order going. 2nd.. As a diabetic, with few drink choices at restaurants, I wanted a zero sugar Baja blast but it tasted funny. I asked if they could check it and was just told that it was out after one of them tasted to check. No attempt to fix it or change it or apology or anything. 3rd. After going back to the machine to figure out what drink to get I'll drop my phone and it went under the drink counter. I asked if they had a broom and felt like was a bother but the employee who bought the broom out just Brenda broom at the front edge of the machine. I had to tell him it was way in the back and he looked visibly bothered. So I had to tell him I'll just get it. He handed it to me and walked away. No one asked if I was able to get the phone or check to make sure everything was okay. After about 3 minutes of fishing I finally got the phone. I don't want anybody fired or reprimanded... I just prefer that they made their customers feel...
Read moreI dont have a problem with the food, my problem is with the customer service. They get an attitude if THEY mess up your order as if you are he one in the wrong. I'm allergic to tomatoes so of course I ask for none and they put it on there anyway, got mad because I handed it back then I wasn't given a fresh chalupa they simply tried to scrape the tomatoes of the top, which I would still have had a reaction to but I handed it back because I noticed there were still tomatoes particles on it. So they just scraped even more of the top. And kept telling me each time they handed it to me that it was a fresh chalupa. I'm far from dumb. So I still see tomatoes on it. I go inside and the manager didn't even care. He just had someone make a fresh one since I could now see what they were doin and the whole time the cook was going off about how I didn't need to eat there if I was gonna be that picky! I've worked in fast food a long time ago and I would have gotten fired if I was that rude. Then no one would give me names and only a few had on name tags They were just very disrespectful and I did not get an attitude until the cook was going...
