La Milpita Restaurante LLC — Restaurant in Burlington

My financé and I entered the restaurant and were given strange stares. (We were the only African Americans in the place.) We should have taken that as a clue that things were not right.

We ordered very basic dishes. A chicken taco salad and a steak burrito. The taco salad was advertised with guacamole but didn't come with it. We had to ask for it. None of the food was hot.

DESPICABLE! We asked to speak to management and they didn't even think enough about us to come out to speak to us. I feel that they didn't want us in their restaurant at all.

I suggest bypass them and go next door to La Cocina were we are always greeted, treated with respect, and provided quality food.

I stopped here on a whim and the food was absolutely phenomenal. It was authentic and you could taste how fresh their ingredients were.
