Visited for 2 blueberry sweet teas. We did a mobile order ahead of time and it still took about 10 minutes for our drinks. They were done wrong (unsweetened) and so we came back to have them made over. The girl proceeds to use our cups we drank out of and scoop more ice up to the rim. We told her that was too much ice and she dumps it back into the main cooler of ice and goes to do it again. We told her that we drank out of those cups and it’s unsanitary for her to be dumping the ice back and we would rather a refund. She said she didn’t know how to do that so she has to ask her manager. She goes to the back where we can hear other employees yelling and cussing and one employee Valencia or something of the sorts comes back with an attitude and says she will call the manager Tina. She calls Tina who refused to give me a refund-both had very nasty attitudes and told me I would have to call the store tomorrow or request a refund in the app. There is no way to request a refund in the app. I told her I’m not doing that it’s $5 and if I had gave her cash instead of using the mobile app she would gave me my cash back so what’s the issue. She still refused. I then told V to tell the manager I would call the police if she prefers and the department of health for sanitation reasons because that’s why I want my refund. Eventually, I got my refund but it was not a pleasant experience all together and the manager and Valencia proceeded to talk nastily about me as if I wasn’t there in front of her. Needless to say I won’t be back and that’s saying a lot considering I love Dunkin but not with this level of attitude and service. I wish I still had the contact information of the owner so I could let him know the quality of the employees...
Read moreWish I could give zero stars for service. I use to come here when I lived in Burlington and only had issues with the line. Unfortunately, my first time back in months and I had a very disrespectful older female completely disregard me while taking/making other orders on December 20th of 2024. She had me wait 15 to 20 minutes for a hot chocolate that I ordered, but made sure she got my card to charge me. When I knocked on the window to ask where the hot chocolate was, she tells me “don’t worry she got you”. I assume she was referring to the other girl in the restaurant who was clearly handling all the customers in the store. Ma’am you are working the window, why would the other individual who is working the interior of the restaurant get my order in the drive-thru.
When she finally decides to get my hot chocolate, she comes back with an attitude and the very idiotic remark, “there’s only two of us in here.” I can see that ma’am and your co-worker is doing all the work apparently. Please get better employees. If they can’t do the job, just get rid of ignorant, lazy people, it’s better for the customers and the people who actually do their job. Read moreAs I was waiting for our coffee in the Burlington store I noticed that one of the girls had no gloves on and blew her nose then threw the tissue away grabbed the receipt as to what to make then walked in back only to come back and when she got to the food area she started coughing and didn't cover her mouth then started making the coffee without washing her hands also many of the same type of stuff on different occasions happened one of which a male worker took a glass and instead of using the scoop he put the glass in the ice which I do know the owner Alex does not like and has told his workers to use the scoop that is a pet peeve of his. Another time a girl had the mop in her hands and when we came in she never put gloves on nor did she wash. I have seen many times the workers put on gloves they will play on their phones touch their hair, sweep, touch money and use the cash register then go right to making drinks and touching the food. This is not only gross but I wonder how many people have gotten sick because of this. These workers need some thorough training. If the owner knew about this there would be hell to pay.
