Earlier this week my family decided we wanted to check out cookie crumble . When we got to the Burlington location we discovered everything is self service and we ordered with the options that were available. Paid for our cookies and waited . An employee by the name of Robin approached my daughter and told her that they only had one of cookies and cream which would we like instead and she asked me and I asked her to ask how long of a wait for fresh cookies because thatâs really what we came for and had ordered 4 cookies and cream already so it wasnât replacing just one cookie in our order . It was 8:00 pm and the store didnât close until 10:00pm so I didnât feel asking that was wrong or an inconvenience as many other customers were also ordering the cookies and cream. Robins total body language changed and she said 20 minutes and acted as if she didnât have enough time to make more. Considering Iâm in the car because Iâm hurt and canât barely walk actually having back surgery the 20th of this month . So Iâm on the phone and my daughter is now uncomfortable and doesnât know what to do so I send my boyfriend inside to ask for them to be made . Robin continued with an attitude. Once the cookies were made , and we waited 20 minutes for fresh cookies , Robin put the one cold cookie in my order. When my boyfriend returned to the car and I seen the one cookie was cold , I asked him to go back inside and ask for a hot cookie . Meaning I had already touched the cookie and when he went back inside , they took the cold cookie back . Not sure if she threw it away or not but Iâm sure itâs cross contamination to take back food thatâs already been served . With the way businesses are closing left and right I would think that employees would appreciate someone coming in and paying 20$ for 6 cookies. Service like itâs a problem to ask someone to do their job doesnât not encourage people to come back and buy gourmet cookies and submit themselves to attitudes and rudeness from employees that your purchases are helping provide...
Read moreThe team at the Burlington store is fantastic Robin is my girl. She is kind, funny, sure to greet ya with sunshiny smile, plus theyâre always playing some good jams inside, so donât do the curb option. YOU GOTTA GO IN FOR THE GOOD STUFF!!!!
What I appreciate most about Robin is; when necessary, she never fails to brief me on any insider scoop pertinent to my current order: i.e. ideal leftover storage, best reheating hacks, deconstruct toppings, icings, fridge no fridge, microwave vs, oven, vs air fryer, etc. really whatever may be the best intel per order. #protips
Seriously, đđ˝ Go đđ˝ In đđ˝ !!!! Go smell the smells, hear the jams, feel the warmth of the ovens, see the magic happen before they get boxed up.
Look, sometimes certain cookies require specific and special directions once they leave QC approved counter of The Little Pink House of Perfection. Love me some good people, and good eats, generally when both the preceding are in play, a good time is sure to follow!
Listen now, ya hearâŚ.Do NOT be afraid to #treatyourself to a - âsolo-dolo singleâ, perhaps consider my usual - âsquare-deal 4-pakâ {bang for buckitâs most economic unless you their order ahead catering options for larger confection orders.} Anyways my go-to âfeature four-packâ is really suitable for most, but the best part is now you have 3 to delight someone else with, or 2 for you and 2 to share, or like me, eat 3, maybe offer up 1âŚ(hard maybe) đđđ¤
More power to you but if ya feeling disciplined and generous you can keep âzeroâ and by that, meaning be selfless and gift them all to others. Remember these rounds of joy make great gifts, decadent dessert options, perfect pot-luck add-ons, a speedy sweet-tooth fix, a sweetie-swipe for your sweetheart, or perhaps a pick-me-up treat for someone blue; but at some point I implore you GO-IN and GO-BIG. Also eat outside of the Pink House; my motto is to always leave...
Read moreMy visit to Crumbl Cookie was an absolute disaster. From the moment I took the first bite, I was appalled by how atrocious these cookies were. They were disgustingly sweet, with a cloying flavor that was downright nauseating. The texture was a horror showâsoggy and underbaked on the inside with a weirdly artificial crust. It was as if they dumped a truckload of sugar into a poorly mixed batter and called it a cookie. There was no creativity or balance in the flavors, just an overpowering sweetness that lingered unpleasantly.
The service was an absolute nightmare. Despite there being no line, the staff acted as if they were doing me a favor by even acknowledging my existence. They were sluggish, disorganized, and had an air of indifference that made the whole experience feel like a chore for them. When I finally received my order, it was clear they couldnât care less about quality. The cookies were tossed into the box with zero care, and the flavors I specifically requested were completely ignored. It was infuriating to see such a lack of professionalism.
I left Crumbl Cookie feeling thoroughly disgusted and angry. The whole experience was a sham, with terrible cookies and appalling service that left a bitter taste in my mouthâliterally and figuratively. This place is all hype and no substance, focusing more on flashy marketing than on delivering anything remotely resembling quality or decent customer service. I wonât be returning, and I urge anyone considering trying them to save their...
