Crumbl is my go to delivery spot for friends and family to celebrate, console, or just let them know I love them. Crumble is consistently excellent and on time! Never had a complaint! Update: only complaint is they need to work on their rewards or ‘crumbl’ system. Multiple times I follow the steps to receive extra crumbs (points) off future orders because I use them so much, but several times I go to the trouble of taking pics, sending, posting, reviewing (all of which I should receive crumbl points towards future orders), I don’t receive them & when I go in to inquire, workers responses are ‘we don’t know how to go in and edit that. Sorry you didn’t get them. You could try calling corporate’ OR I I could spend my $ elsewhere… if your company cannot accurately distribute rewards, don’t do it at all, because when we go the extra mile (which provides you MORE FREE advertising) to be basically told ‘tough luck for you and your efforts’ I not only won’t go to that effort again, I may not bother to purchase again, either. ‘I dont know’ without bothering to find out (over the course of several weeks) is in acceptable. You have a great product being completely undermined by what I can only assume is a lack of training. Looking around for a substitute thoughtful, delicious, and dependable gift for delivery, again… disappointing, but if you don’t care about accruing points for your purchase, they still serve bangin’ cookies.

I have frequented this location a few times now. It’s always super clean, has friendly staff and the cookies are to die for!!! They change up the cookie selection so there are typically just 6 cookies to choose from, but they have a good variety between chocolate, fruity, etc. They also offer ice cream and a few drinks (water, milk, chocolate milk). The cookies are on the sweeter side so if you’re a whipped frosting on cake type person, they may be sweeter than you’d prefer. You check in on the kiosk and select your items and they’ll have your order ready in just a few minutes typically. The prices are higher than your average cookies but these are no average cookies! They’re large and I’m charge! Go try one today!

We took the plunge today to get a taste of Crumbl cookies. There we 6 options. We got 5 of them to try and they did not disappoint! My family personally loved the chocolate flavors best. This is a treat. We will be back another day when we see an opportunity to celebrate with a sweet treat. Get yours today!AND. They have ICE CREAM! My kids gave it an overall score of 8 out of 10. If you don't go with a cookie grab some ice cream!! Man I am back again. Today we tried the hot chocolate cookie and the dirt cookie. Both seemed to have the same base chocolate but different toppings. Man they were 🔥. But cookies melted in my mouth. One cookie is more than enough to share with someone. Try them today!

Earlier this week my family decided we wanted to check out cookie crumble . When we got to the Burlington location we discovered everything is self service and we ordered with the options that were available. Paid for our cookies and waited . An employee by the name of Robin approached my daughter and told her that they only had one of cookies and cream which would we like instead and she asked me and I asked her to ask how long of a wait for fresh cookies because that’s really what we came for and had ordered 4 cookies and cream already so it wasn’t replacing just one cookie in our order . It was 8:00 pm and the store didn’t close until 10:00pm so I didn’t feel asking that was wrong or an inconvenience as many other customers were also ordering the cookies and cream. Robins total body language changed and she said 20 minutes and acted as if she didn’t have enough time to make more. Considering I’m in the car because I’m hurt and can’t barely walk actually having back surgery the 20th of this month . So I’m on the phone and my daughter is now uncomfortable and doesn’t know what to do so I send my boyfriend inside to ask for them to be made . Robin continued with an attitude. Once the cookies were made , and we waited 20 minutes for fresh cookies , Robin put the one cold cookie in my order. When my boyfriend returned to the car and I seen the one cookie was cold , I asked him to go back inside and ask for a hot cookie . Meaning I had already touched the cookie and when he went back inside , they took the cold cookie back . Not sure if she threw it away or not but I’m sure it’s cross contamination to take back food that’s already been served . With the way businesses are closing left and right I would think that employees would appreciate someone coming in and paying 20$ for 6 cookies. Service like it’s a problem to ask someone to do their job doesn’t not encourage people to come back and buy gourmet cookies and submit themselves to attitudes and rudeness from employees that your purchases are helping provide...

The team at the Burlington store is fantastic Robin is my girl. She is kind, funny, sure to greet ya with sunshiny smile, plus they’re always playing some good jams inside, so don’t do the curb option. YOU GOTTA GO IN FOR THE GOOD STUFF!!!!

What I appreciate most about Robin is; when necessary, she never fails to brief me on any insider scoop pertinent to my current order: i.e. ideal leftover storage, best reheating hacks, deconstruct toppings, icings, fridge no fridge, microwave vs, oven, vs air fryer, etc. really whatever may be the best intel per order. #protips

Seriously, 👏🏽 Go 👏🏽 In 👏🏽 !!!! Go smell the smells, hear the jams, feel the warmth of the ovens, see the magic happen before they get boxed up.

Look, sometimes certain cookies require specific and special directions once they leave QC approved counter of The Little Pink House of Perfection. Love me some good people, and good eats, generally when both the preceding are in play, a good time is sure to follow!

Listen now, ya hear….Do NOT be afraid to #treatyourself to a - “solo-dolo single”, perhaps consider my usual - “square-deal 4-pak” {bang for buckit’s most economic unless you their order ahead catering options for larger confection orders.} Anyways my go-to “feature four-pack” is really suitable for most, but the best part is now you have 3 to delight someone else with, or 2 for you and 2 to share, or like me, eat 3, maybe offer up 1…(hard maybe) 😉😎🤭

More power to you but if ya feeling disciplined and generous you can keep “zero” and by that, meaning be selfless and gift them all to others. Remember these rounds of joy make great gifts, decadent dessert options, perfect pot-luck add-ons, a speedy sweet-tooth fix, a sweetie-swipe for your sweetheart, or perhaps a pick-me-up treat for someone blue; but at some point I implore you GO-IN and GO-BIG. Also eat outside of the Pink House; my motto is to always leave...

My visit to Crumbl Cookie was an absolute disaster. From the moment I took the first bite, I was appalled by how atrocious these cookies were. They were disgustingly sweet, with a cloying flavor that was downright nauseating. The texture was a horror show—soggy and underbaked on the inside with a weirdly artificial crust. It was as if they dumped a truckload of sugar into a poorly mixed batter and called it a cookie. There was no creativity or balance in the flavors, just an overpowering sweetness that lingered unpleasantly.

The service was an absolute nightmare. Despite there being no line, the staff acted as if they were doing me a favor by even acknowledging my existence. They were sluggish, disorganized, and had an air of indifference that made the whole experience feel like a chore for them. When I finally received my order, it was clear they couldn’t care less about quality. The cookies were tossed into the box with zero care, and the flavors I specifically requested were completely ignored. It was infuriating to see such a lack of professionalism.

I left Crumbl Cookie feeling thoroughly disgusted and angry. The whole experience was a sham, with terrible cookies and appalling service that left a bitter taste in my mouth—literally and figuratively. This place is all hype and no substance, focusing more on flashy marketing than on delivering anything remotely resembling quality or decent customer service. I won’t be returning, and I urge anyone considering trying them to save their...
