Feldman's Bagels — Restaurant in Burlington

Edit: Feldman's manager, Ryan, reached out to us in a timely manner, and rectified the situation. My daughters are excited to hear that they will be able to keep their tradition alive after all.

We have been regular customers of Feldman's for a few years now, and have loved it up until this weekend. The bagels are great, and the service has traditionally been pleasant.

Unfortunately, one of my daughters has a mild allergy to dairy, and my other daughter loves cream cheese, but neither will finish more than half a bagel in one sitting, so our regular order has been a single bagel for them, split in two, with one half having peanut butter and the other half cream cheese, plus whatever I end up ordering for myself.

Until this weekend, there has never been a problem, then out of the blue, the person who made our order this week let me know as I was picking the bagels up from the counter that they would no longer be able to fulfill such an order in the future. Wonderful bagels, truly delicious. I give it 3 stars instead of 5 because unfortunately, the parking lot is not disability accessible. There is a accessible parking spot with access lane, but the access lane does not connect to the entrance to the store, so if the parking lot is full there is not a paved path to the entrance (you would have to go over several feet of grass up a slight hill). If one or more of the front spaces are empty, you can access the storefront via the parking spaces. The easiest remedy would probably be for them to reserve one of the first few parking spaces for use as an access lane. If this is fixed I will gladly give the...

A well oiled establishment, run with great care and pride in all respects. Was greeted with a warm and friendly welcoming smile, all while effectively handling a long line seamlessly. I was in and out of there in no time with my delicious bagels and lox (even with a line).

Everything on there menu boards looked so tempting. Unfortunately, I was in a rush. I look forward to returning to enjoy there many other items, that all looked so good. So many options - not just for bagels. All appeared to have quality ingredients. Not to mention the unbelievably great prices. Exceptional value all around. ...
