Biscuitville — Restaurant in Burlington

If you are like me, you might think to yourself, "Where can I get a great tasting, freshly made biscuit and be able to stare weirdly at the cook without being smacked over the head with a rolling pin like mama does?". Well wonder and have headaches no more! Head on down to Biscuitville where the biscuit maker is on exhibition every day until 2, rolling out dough and awkwardly looking away as you press your face to the glass and drool down your chin. With biscuits the size of a Prius and the "ultimate" being twice the meat, you'll require a forklift to evacuate from the building. Seasonal muffins and pancakes keep the kids hyped up for 3 days so plan to repaint the bedrooms and give them a brush. With such great food, it's no wonder the line extends 3 exits daily. Lately, there have been alot of issues with orders that aren't correct. Those who work at Biscuitville need to keep in mind that "life-threatening allergies" are a real thing! If someone specifically says "no cheese," then it should not be placed on the item.

Also, the general manager or whoever is in charge needs to speak with their employees about this. When an order is placed, it should be double-checked to make sure the correct items are in the bag. I do understand that as humans, we get in a rush, but who wants to waste gas to come back to Biscuitville because items weren't correct or some were missing? It should not be the customers' responsibility each and every time to check their own bag before leaving.

The people are always upbeat, awesome and personable with fast service and always awesome food no matter what you get, everything is good. But I just had an awful experience 5/3/17. I understand that it's currently 1:40 and the restaurant closes at 2pm but please make sure your much younger staff stay more customer focused and not causing so much inappropriate yelling and laughing that I don't have to repeat my entire order 3 times, then leave me sitting at the window, shove my food in my face not asking if I need any extra condiments or anything and tell me "have a good one" while interrupting me trying to ask for other condiments. THEN not even give me the drink I paid for and leave me sitting at the window AGAIN. Train the young staff a bit better, but not letting this one incident ruin a good...
