Usually they are good at delivering and how to make sandwiches the way being order, but now the last two orders they mess up a bit. I ask for sandwich with option of less for lettuce and some other topping and well they took it literally as if to put them as almost no toppings I am outside the delivery zone, but they added my area as one recently and they said my order was out for drivers over 20 mins ago, they usually here within 5-10 mins of stating it and well when I call to check the lady like oh well- we have other deliveries too, so we update it when we send like 5 or more deliveries out at a time. So basically from what they said to me oh well, we are not freaky fast, they didn’t even ask my name to check on order to make sure they didn’t maybe deliver to wrong house.

Anyways This is why I give them a 3 - sometime they are good and listen to the orders and get it right- other times seems they can care less. Take your chances.

Another review update- order at 11:55 am for delivery, and been over an hour for delivery at this moment. I called and the girl stated they made my food 24 mins ago and the driver had 8 orders, she said they are understaffed. Hopefully management and corporate sees this as being “freaky fast” they are not meeting that logo expression. So if your ordering and say deliver ASAP, be warm ASAP might be any where from an hour to two.... my rating now changed to 1 star, as no call with updates stating your food might take a little longer then expected,...

I placed my order at drive through window for three sandwiches and two bags of chips. I requested one sandwich, a slim tuna only, on sliced wheat bread. I repeated the tuna only on sliced wheat bread because there has been errors in the past where they used a wheat bun. The drive through attendant repeated my order with the three sandwichs. When I paid and received my bag I realized the tuna sandwich was on a bun. Before pulling away I said I believe the tuna sandwich was on a bun and should be on sliced bread. The attendant called over another young man who said it was very difficult to hear you and next time you need to make sure when I repeat your order back to you that it is correct. Then he asked for the sandwich back so he could remake it, so I handed him the bag. The young man brought the sandwich back on the sliced bread. Then began to reprimand me again, saying, next time since I couldn't hear you, you need to make sure the order is correct when I read it back to you. I told him, I placed my order and I didn't feel I should be reprimanded because he couldn't hear my order. This location makes great sandwiches, however, they need some extra training in customer service. All he needed to say to resolve the issue was, I'm sorry it was difficult hearing your order, let me remake that for you. A reprimand from this young man was not nessary to...

Was told I could go somewhere else ,Terrible service, manager supposedly named jimmy , could be a made up name don’t believe the guy for a second rude ignorant,Doesn’t want any large orders anything more then two sandwiches through drive through was told to come inside to place my order or go else where told them I don't mind waiting told me I could go somewhere else then or come inside to order didn't want to hold up his drive through, I was the only car in line no one else he wanted to make me come in or have me go off so I went inside placed my order just to watch him make it, we can equally be mad now . Lazy staff with no want to work terrible attitudes and ungrateful for customers and no customer service at all. Needs to be restaffed and management needs to be fired! Asap no reason to treat customers with large orders as if there’s something wrong with creating revenue for you. Ridiculous to see places like this in business treating customers like this. Go elsewhere is the modo here guys !

These people dont want to work at all will make any excuse to not serve people !

Terrible at making sandwiches leave cheese wrap wax paper or turkey wrap wax paper in sandwiches...
