Customer service rated 0. First time in establishment. I was immediately searched coming in, no big deal! Got to the bar and was never acknowledged as being there. Never greeted or got a drink. The bartender (older lady) can’t multitask. The customers beside me got a flight of whatever they were drinking and put in another order before that one was done. Thus far leaving all the other customers who are waiting including myself when she should have took care of the other patrons since she already served those customers who weren’t even finish before placing a new order. I was never asked what I wanted to drink. I don’t even think she looked my direction. She proceeded to make more drinks for the customer she just helped. I got up and walked out. Suggestions, hire a younger and or seasoned bartender that can multitask and scan a bar for customers. Also someone with a sense of urgency. Service is everything!! This bar only got a 2 star rating because the bottled drinks were cheap. The atmosphere was horrible. You can tell it is a local only type of bar, the amount of dirty looks we got the whole time we were there made us extremely uncomfortable. They served their drinks in plastic single use cups, and their plastic shot cups equaled to half of what a shot should be. The bartender over served many people there, they were already drunk and causing issues. The person I would think is the owner was taking shots with the already drunk customers. The bartender was eating behind the bar, then grabbing cups and making drinks with her hands that had just touched her mouth. Also expect to be I.Ded at least 4-5 times before getting a drink, before you enter the bar, right when you enter the bar, and before you get any drinks. I went to this establishment this evening and witnessed absolutely deplorable service as well as security. A man had groped a woman and when their partner told the gentleman to move on, an altercation ensued. The normal thought is that security would escort the intoxicated person groping folks and instigating altercations; however, they told the group who had just ordered drinks to leave.
