The staff is as nice as can be but having someone in your face (at your window closer than you would ever be in an actual drive thru window) to take your order and to give it to you is counter productive for limiting contact. We all know those cute little cow masks won’t do a thing and if any of the people who interacted with us have it, we were just majorly exposed. We thought we were safe to not have a mask on in the car too but should have with as close as they got to our faces. I never would have thought they would be doing this in a Pandemic! We didn’t even have time to react. It was a total shock. The tablet the girl was holding was visibly gross and she had to take our card bc we couldn’t get it to work. She tried, not her fault but yay more germs. We are frustrated because we took a “risk” for fast food for the first time in months and this was WAY more of a risk than it needed to be. It also took way longer to walk out to pass out food and those poor workers in this heat! I just don’t understand this change and we saw it partly before COVID with having these people walk up to your car outside. It’s annoying at best and seems cruel to the workers. It makes me avoid this place and choose somewhere else many times to not have to deal with it. My fries were half full and the sandwich was not fresh which was a bummer. The wait in the line was A long time because they had to walk the food up and down the line. Saw one girl drop and bust a cup of soda. We just felt bad for them and this kind of behavior will keep this virus hopping. I would not go back - for the lack of sense during a Pandemic and to not contribute to those workers being out at a Fast food place in this kind of heat. Someone should re-evaluate this practice in the heat/cold and during the Pandemic as the numbers rise. Being high risk I don’t think people should visit here until it’s all over. Way more risky than other fast food...

Read moreThe employees at this particular location are sooo extremely courteous. Very well trained.. you don’t find too many fast food chains these days with courteous employees. It’s common to get rude uncaring service in the food industry.. they have the highest staff turnover simply because the cashiers don’t feel appreciated for all their hard work, considering these chains don’t pay fairly. And we’re all human, we wanna feel appreciated. If pay is low, then our drive and work ethic is gonna be low as well. These positions are mostly filled by teens since younger folk are more willing to work for less just starting out in life. And I know we all have our fair share of experiences with some rude teens behind those drive-thru windows. Fast food customer service is the toughest industry, it takes nerves of steel to work these positions. Extremely stressful, always busy, customers getting rude.. so when I get bad service I always try to be understanding.. I know I personally couldn’t handle their jobs! As spoiled and rude as society can be today, I’d be leaning out that drive-thru window yanking ppl outta their cars and fired on my very first day lol! So I get it. Which is why it’s sooo surprising how well trained and courteous the staff is at this particular chick-fil-a!! They’re all so well put together, always looking so well groomed, with the best manners, and always moving at a fast productive speed. They get it done! Kudos to whoever operates this location, he keeps his staff...
