The food was good, but too expensive for what we received. I had scallops and blue crab and my boyfriend had shrimp and snow crabs. I had to get up to find the server to ask for crab leg crackers and silverware, and we didn't get asked for refills but were offered to-go drinks as they rushed us out a few minutes after closing, before I was finished cracking any of my Blue crab. I don't have crab crackers or tiny utensils to get the meat out at home, which is why we went to a restaurant in the first place... to eat there. We arrived one hour before closing and were rushed the whole time. This was our one day off together in many weeks and our one date and the management and staff rushing through the whole process ruined it. I had entire crab left to eat. They kept asking us to take a bag and go. We were not the only ones either, another couple left a huge amount of food, lobster, shrimp, crabs etc. on their table. The fake underwater scene projector shines right into your eyes, if you are placed at the booth in the corner. We mentioned the glaring projector light to our server,, but were not given the option to move, so my boyfriend switched places so it was in his eyes instead. We will Never go back to this place again. Don't waste your money here. They need to learn decent customer service. The entire staff and management seemed put out and bothered by customers being in there, and god forbid, a few minutes after 10 while still eating. The server was rushing closing duties so fast that I could not go to the bathroom on the way out, because she had mopped the floor between it and the door. I felt like asking for a refund, but said nothing and left. This was a very disappointing restaurant experience.

We spent 100$ in here for lunch and would have definitely left a nice tip if only she could have just faked liking her job for a little bit. Very disappointed.

This was my husband and I first time visiting this establishment and it did not disappoint. We received excellent customer service from the time we walked in the door. Dasia our waitress was phenomenal. She was very knowledgeable of the seasonings and extremely attentive. The food was season to perfection. Came to Red Crab tonight (2/6/24) to treat my son to dinner for his good report card and Heather our waitress did not make this a pleasant experience. I ordered a side of fries that didn’t make it to our table until we were done with our seafood boils. At the time there was only two other tables, the place was pretty empty. We waited about 5 mins before Heather came to attend to us. I asked for two to-go cups, they had no lids for them. When Heather was bringing the drinks she had put them in the regular cups, then she realized I asked for to go cups so she turned around. We got our seafood boils which came out quick. But we didn’t get our fries. I see Heather go sit down, VAPE, and get on her phone. Still no fries. I don’t know if she could hear my son slurping the last of his drink, but she finally came over asked if we needed refills, yes please I paid $3.99 a piece for fruit punch I want a refill. I said we never got our fries she says oh okay and did I still want them, I said yes but I’m not paying for them. She says she can’t ring up something for free. I said I’m not paying for fries that should have come out before or when we got our food. I said don’t worry about it and she brings the drinks back. So I asked to speak to a manager she said “she” is not here I’m the only one here. Then she gets an attitude and says “I’ll just pay for the fries” and walks off not even wanting to listen to what I had to say. It takes the fries another 10 mins to come out. We were done eating and finally get fries. She was very rude, not attentive, slow, and act like she didn’t want to be bothered at all. But tried to be nice at the end. I was over it. I don’t go places to intentionally get free food but that experience was not worth the $62 I paid for my meal to sit down and dine and have good customer service. We were traveling through the area, and stopped to stay the night. We had seen Red Crab Juicy come up on our search. It had a few mixed reviews, but we decided it sounded good. When we first walked in it had a decent amount of guests, but wasn't packed. There wasn't anyone to greet us immediately, and we weren't sure if we were going to stay. Luckily after a few minutes a waitress said someone would be with us. We were put on a 10-15mins wait. Not too bad on a Sat night about 6pm. Once we were finally seated our waitress was fairly prompt to take our drink & appetizer order. She brought us waters while our drinks were being made at the bar. Before we ordered I had a couple of questions, which our waitress had no problem answering. We placed our orders of 2 Sat specials. (1 lobster tail, 1lb headless shrimp, and 1lb of snow crab legs, w/ corn on the cob & red potatoes, we ordered them juicy seasoning (3 mixed) along with mild spice) We added sausage to one special & king crab to the other. Just after our order is placed we receive our appetizer. (Cheese sticks) Our waitress brings a stack of napkins, 2 bibs w/gloves, wet wipes, and our empty bucket & crackers. Not even 10mins later our food came out. They bring out a bag of steamed seafood on a tray. We also asked fir butter & lemon. There was so much food! And it was about perfect steamed. With a little work we were able to get our fill and had a great meal 😋 I would definitely recommend Red Crab Juicy! Our only suggestions that you need a host that is attentive. Our waitress didn't really smile or have a happy personality, tho she was attentive. Some tools to help you get the crab out would be helpful. All in all it was great food, and that's what...
