Where do I start? If your sign says open, service the customers. You can’t just decide when you don’t want to work and when you do. Unfortunately we went through the drive-through seeing the sign said open the boy and I say this because of the maturity level of this individual would not serve a customer before the closed sign was posted. He stated that they were closing early this evening no reason no apology no service when I pulled forward I noticed that he was inside with the open sign still on leaned against the counter on his phone I really do hope that the managers of this store do something about the gentleman working on Thursday, November 12 at 9 PM for those of you reading this this store is open until 11 PM just based on the service provided I will never visit this subway store again because of the customer service and because this would indicate to me that this store would not be very sanitary also call the phone number and see if you can leave a message and see how professional they sound on their answering machine very unprofessional and will not receive my business but will receive my feedback to everyone I come in contact with in the city of Burlington this right here proves why subway stores reputation as well as their business is suffering word of advice from a successful business person hire employees who would like to work and provide customer service in order to keep your doors open Because that is where their paychecks come from. From a management standpoint I would very seriously inquire about the professionalism on the phone and customer facing and potentially make some different choices to keep my doors open. Read moreTo start, our order was completely wrong. Ordered the outlaw and the Philly and was given something that looks like tuna/chicken salad. I tried to eat it to at least give it a try as I was hungry but it was absolutely awful and warm. Service was not good at all. Tried to go in the store at 8:15 and the door was locked. Went through the drive-through instead as we saw other cars doing the same thing. I ordered my husbands sandwich and before I could ask to add anything else to the order I was cut off and told to drive forward. I asked if I could add another sandwich and I got no reply and sat there for another five minutes before he came back over the intercom to ask if I needed anything else. I ordered my sandwich, and as I was about to add a side and drink I got cut off and he told me to pull forward so I didn’t order anything else. When we got to the window, he asked for our order again. I don’t know if their system is down or what but I was shocked at the service given that we go here all the time, and I have had great experiences, but this was an exception. I don’t think they were short staffed because when we try to walk in the store, I saw three people working the front and then the store manager (that we have met before) that was working the back. Read moreWow... The service at this location is unbelievably inept, even more so than most fast food franchises. Most of the time it is a chore to get the employees to listen to your order and carry it out correctly, but this is something that I can deal with, albeit with some annoyance. When I went in today, I was incorrectly charged $16.37 for one sub, chips, and a drink. Because I have frequented several subway locations recently, and always order the same thing, I know that my order should come to around $11.50. I spent a good 5 minutes arguing with the manager that both he, and his employee before him that had wrung up my order, had done it wrong, but repeatedly I got the same responses in broken English each time he opened his mouth. In the end he refused to correct my order and simply handed me a receipt. I will not be returning to this location for its repugnant service, and urge others to do the same. PS: Their toaster has also been malfunctioning for the greater part of a year, and they have yet to fix it.
