Victoria's Pizza — Restaurant in Burlington

I think they have had a management change. Went to dinner on a Wednesday night. Sat at booth. Waited 12 minutes to have menus brought out. We were the only ones there. 2 younger males were working. Once we were finally greeted the first thing out of the young man's mouth was "we close at 9". It was only 8:25 at this point. I asked why he would say that? His answer was well since we close at 9 you may not want to stay here and eat if you can't finish by 9. All we were getting was a pie. We go here at least 4 times a month. This has never happened.

Then a week later I called in a one topping pizza for pick up. It was on a Tuesday night. Was charged 17.00 when the sign at the door says it was 9.99. There was a lot of kids behind the register I've never seen. At this rate I don't see myself...

I stopped by Victoria’s during one of my DoorDash pick-up runs, and I was really impressed by the great customer service from the staff. They were friendly, quick, and made sure the order was ready and accurate before handing it off to me. It’s always much appreciated when a restaurant goes the extra mile to make delivery drivers feel welcome.

The restaurant itself has such an authentic Italian vibe, from the decor to the aroma of fresh pizza and pasta in the air. It’s definitely going on my list to try as a customer soon! If the service and atmosphere are any indication, I’m sure the food is just as amazing. Highly recommend...

I've been looking across my area (burlington, NC) and the greensboro area for the best pizza. Victoria's offers a pizza with amazing taste, texture and friendly customer service. I've ordered a pizza from here on regular basis and it is not a disappointment. I've visited numerous pizza restaurants in the area and each one so far.. cannot compare to Victoria's.

Their pizzas have a nice crust, also when you hold the pizza slice up, the cheese and ingredients don't fall off. It's a nice temperature that doesn't burn your palate.

This is a 5 star restaurant...
