I love Wendy's and I've been to this location a couple times and have been very pleased with service and the food quality. But 2 days ago I went here and parked in the parking lot to make an online order so I can get more rewards points lol. I wanted to try something different and haven't had any of their chicken sandwiches in years, so ordered the new chicken bacon cheddar sandwich with the spicy chicken as my main meal and so did the person who was with me but the classic chicken. I came through the drive thru and was informed by a lady manager that they were out of the cheddar and bacon to make the CCB's. Since I paid through the app they couldn't refund me so I asked if they could just make me a chicken baconator and it seemed to have confused her and the employee at the window to what I was saying. So clearly I told them a baconator with chicken instead of the hamburger, still didn't understand. So I repeatedly explained a chicken baconator which means put a chicken patty instead of the hamburger patty. So I guess she didn't like that or still didn't understand, our chicken was absolutely disgusting it felt like rubber in my mouth and wasn't edible at all. I hope this doesn't make us sick or something, I've never consumed any chicken that felt like that or tasted bad that way so I will not be coming back to this specific location! Nor will I eat any chicken sandwiches from Wendy's ever again 😥 and this really sucks cause I really like Wendy's food but now this location has left a bad taste...
Read moreI recently went through the drive thru at this Wendys and they've never had the best service but it's fast food so it's not like I expect to be treated like royalty. However I'd rather not be screamed at. I will say I pulled in at 1:50am and they close at 2am. I've worked in the service industry so I get being annoyed when customers come in right before close but 10 minutes before close is definitely better than 2 because that would be crazy. Anyways I got to the drive thru speaker and I don't think they knew I could hear them (or they did and wanted me to take the hint) but they screamed "BRO WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE........LEAVE!!!!" and then there was silence for like 5 minutes. Then someone comes on the speaker and says "I don't know what to tell you......we have like nothing left" and I said I thought you closed at 2 and she said "yeah but like we're really understaffed and we want to go home on time" (I am sympathetic to that but sympathy kinda went out the window when I got screamed at) TLDR: I showed up 10 mins to close and got screamed at and then told there was nothing they could do after running down the clock and not speaking to me until 2 mins...
Read moreWell, this is my second review in 2 years, 2 years ago had some terrible food out of this particular Wendy's. The lettuce looked like it had been sitting out in the sun for the last 10 hours, so now I thought I'd give them another chance because my daughter wanted a caesar salad. I then also ordered an unsweetened tea and a burger with no tomatoes the Caesar salad is fine but guess what I got? A sweet tea and a burger with tomatoes, I took the tea back before I had even taken a bite out of the burger and got a regular tea then a mile down the road I figured I would just go ahead and eat my burger before I got home, and wouldn't you know it's full of tomatoes. What I don't understand is, can nobody read? Why are they hiring people that are just dumb? I don't understand this at all, how is it that since we've moved down here nobody gets an order right in a Drive-Thru? You end up having to go back through the drive-thru several times or you just get so frustrated you say the hell with it. Please step up your game people because it is very frustrating for the customer that's paying these exorbitant prices for food that you guys...
