Since Susan took over this pharmacy after Bo Spitler left, this pharmacy is incompetent and not customer friendly. After waiting 30 minutes past my appointment time for a pneumonia vaccination, I went to the counter and told the people that I was leaving. Susan then rudely chastised the lady who took my name for placing the note in the wrong place IN FRONT OF ME. No professional berates a colleague in front of a customer. Susan did not apologize but returned to her computer, where she stays. Unlike Bo, who knew customers by name and spoke with us each visit, Susan stays behind her computer screen, never introducing herself or forming relationships with her customers. On January 1, I received a text telling me that my prescription would be ready to pick up on January 3. Today, January 4, when I went to get it, I was told it was not ready. This has happened before. They wonāt let you see what they are putting in the bag the counter is covered by monitors and the bag they put it in is below the counter and they staple it. Go somewhere else or hold up the line to double check to make sure they are doing the right thing. Update 27 SEPT 2021 Was there today and saw them trade out syringes for someone who came in from the parking lot, didn't make him pay double. The lady behind the counter once she finally finished her personal conversation without looking at the script tells me they have a busy schedule today even tho not a sole was there or waiting and it would be 5 hrs to fill my script..if she would have took the time to do her job instead of complaining about it she would have seen it was only a script for a zpak...6 little pills already pkged in a blister pk...I drove 30 mins put of my way to be told they can't or won't help me..so I ended up at CVS where I was going to go in the 1st place..and where I will be going from now on even if this pharmacy is cheaper..Shame on you...
