Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Burrell Township

UPDATE: Management contacted me after they saw my review, said how they were appalled at how things went down. They credited me a replica order for me to use at a later date. This action are appreciated. Upgraded from 1 star to 3.

Ordered 100.00 order (plus tip) at about 7:15 through the app. I had previously ordered several times with no issues.

Approx 7:50 i thought my order was running a bit late, I checked the app and it is maked delivered and completed.

I go outside, no food. I called the store, masculine voice who answered stated the driver told him he left food on the front porch. I told him he must be mistaken. Driver gets on the phone. States he left the food at (says wrong house number) and left it on the chair. Nobody answered when he knocked. I tell hun he took it to the wrong house, he argued that it is the address I put. The app says otherwise. He admits his mistake, tells me the food was on the porch a block away. I walked down and got it, but now the 100.00 order is cold.

He says he will talk to the manager and see about getting it remain.

Manager on duty comes on phone.

She says she can't just remake my order, but she will give me a 15.00 off coupon for my next order.

I'm sorry, that math doesn't math.

She says I can call corporate her name is Sabrina and they are stored #4020. I ask her if that's the right store number cause the receipt has a #4090 right on the top of the receipt next the the Domino's Pizza.

So idk what is going on over there, but lots of complaints...

UPDATED FROM PREVIOUS: I feel bad lowering my rating, but the last 4 orders have been very disappointing - 3 times we got wrong items sent. We always called the store to let them know, & 2 of the times they told us that the next time we order to call & let them know we have a credit coming. Tonight the tracker on the ap said our driver left at 5:49, and at 6:35 we called the store because our food hadn't arrived, even though the ap said it was delivered. The person who answered tried making excuses, saying there was a bad accident on Rte 22, (which had actually happened a couple hours before that because we heard it on the scanner); & besides that, the driver wouldn't have needed to go that way anyway to get to our house. Needless to say, the pizza was barely warm by the time we got it. The pizza itself tastes good, but we're done ordering from here...

My husband ordered wings garlic Parmesan when they came I was horrified that someone would just throw a garlic sauce on top of it!!! I ordered the chicken Caesar for the price I paid for that. I could’ve bought it up at giant eagle… Most places you go, and you asked for a salad they put everything together and then the dressing on the side by the way chicken Caesars do not have tomatoes!!! I will be honest with you. I only went there because of the young boy that got hurt at River Valley school district… I hope they receive a lot of money for him!!! As for Domino, you don’t ever have to worry about seeing me ever again out there the sauce on the pizza is horrid taste like something that came out of a can!!!
