I ordered a fry lovers burger, no pickles add bacon (I order this very often) the young cashier at the window was very well mannered and nice when he took my money and handed me my food, I looked at my burger at the window and noticed there was no cheese on it, so I stayed there and another man noticed me and came to the window I said “hey doesn’t the fry lovers burger come with cheese?” He said “no not the fry lovers burger we can add it for you though” I said “oh that’s odd bc every time I order it, it comes with cheese” he said “No it doesn’t come with cheese” And proceeded to take my burger back through the window to add cheese on it (which I’m 100% certain he shouldn’t be doing that) so as he walks I google the fry lovers burger and the picture of the fry lovers and the description from the official rallys/checkers website shows that cheese does come on the burger. So when he came back to the window and me the burger, I said “well I just want you to know I just looked on the website and it said the burger comes with cheese just for future reference” He said “ I’m a manager and know for a fact that it doesn’t come with cheese” And slammed the window in my face and walked away. I’ve worked in fast food management before so I understand that people make mistakes but to be rude to a customer who wasn’t rude to you for YOUR mistake is absolutely absurd.. And taking the food back through the window was completely unsanitary.. I also didn’t receive a receipt so I couldn’t leave a review on the company website bc I didn’t have a...

Edit: April 2022 Place has somehow gotten worse. Only a couple cars in line. Still took forever. Paid with my card and was handed the wrong order. Gave it back to them but didn't bother with a refund. Only a dollar difference. They saw me put my hand in the bag looking at it and still gave it to the person behind me. Yuck. My hands were dirty af. My 'bistro' burger was real bad. Bun was completely crushed, meat was very dry and old. Toppings were sad, and they put three times the bacon on it for some reason. Not sure why I thought it would be better. Won't put myself through that again.

[Original Review] Two attempts and forty minutes later they still couldn't get the order right. I just love paying extra for cheese and not getting it. The cold, sloppy "food" is not worth the hassle. Try Dairy Queen down the road. Garbage food and garbage staff.

Also, to the owner, instead of spending all day copy/pasting spam you should actually train...

Food quality is never consistent. I dont think they follow the prep/cook guidelines at all. Seems like they "fly by the seat of their pants". My orders are never 100% correct. I'm constantly having to go back or call up to the Saginaw Rd location. Even if there's 2 cars a head of me I'm in line for 20-30mins....just to order. Why do they have 2 drive throughs!? Makes no sense. Usually places want there food cooked, and out the window within 7 to 10mins.....I'm curious to know what their run time is. Sucks because I've given this place multiple tries,...I've lived in the neighborhood behind said location for 26,....its never been correct. Wont be coming back unless my small child just HAS to have...
