Hoagie shop in butler has always been 1 of my favorites, I've always recommended to people out of town, not anymore, I understand the complete lack of employees, as I have same issue, when I order 1 hoagie and 1 side I expect it to be correct, 2 girls working were more interested in talking to an x employee than serving customers... I ordered hot sausage and side of mushrooms, I got hamburger on a roll and side of onion rings... again I understand being short staffed but when u stand around and talk to a friend instead of paying attention... these are things that happen, last 4 or 5 times I've been there the food has been horrible, I hate to say it but they need to remove the few employee they have, at least then they would have some kind of credibility, as for now... I will not eat there nor will I suggest them to anyone, they need to be removed from state recommendations, they are no longer quality in customer service and there food shouldn't be on top 500 in state, only reason they get 1 star is because it's mandatory....I hope they can go back to quality...

After I finally found what I wanted to order, I ordered it and the girl at the counter told me I payed when I picked it up, strange. The 4 people who arrived and ordered ahead of me got their sandwiches before I did which is normal but then 2 people who came in AFTER me got their orders before I did as well. I sat at a table for 25 minutes waiting for just a hoagie, that's all, 1 simple hoagie. No employees said a word to me the whole time, no apologies for the wait, no reassurance that itd be out soon, nothing. So after waiting there for 25 minutes I simply walked out. I've lived in butler for 23 years and have never gone and finally decided to go and I will not attempt to go there again. I ended up going to The Dog House on rt. 8 instead. Food is cheaper, more options and I got out in about...
Read moreThis is one of my favorite sandwich/ hoagie shops here in butler I recommend to everyone to try at least once. My favorite couple things here are Buffalo chicken hoagie, pulled pork hoagie, pulled pork cheese fries (even though they changed the size of the box which I’m guessing usually means less food), the regular (just order oil&spices on the side) and for sides the Mac n cheese bites, chicken sticks and fries. The only problem I have really had with this establishment which I can understand cleaning the kitchen before leaving but locking the door 30 minutes before you close or denying a customer service while still open...
