Burger King — Restaurant in Butler Township

This isn't the only drive-thru getting the orders wrong. It seems to be common right now. I ordered 2 Whopper meals; one with cheese, no onion and the other as is. Got one with cheese and onion, the other as is but with two pieces of onion. I thought they were supposed to be put together when ordered, not put together and then slap a piece of cheese on this one or pull the onion off this one... or should it have been the other! It's obvious that's how they did this. What if I was allergic to onions? To begin with they should have never been put on the sandwich. Otherwise, the burger itself was good and the toppings were a good portion. Fries were good, too. Drive-thru was fairly busy but moved well. Product was good, so I'll probably come back again, but I'm not pulling away until I actually look at my sandwich... which I'm sorry to hold up the people behind me but I'm...

Went through the drive thru and they attempted to charge me twice. Handed them the receipt to prove I paid already. After they gave me the food asked for the receipt and they shut the window. Both burgers were wrong one had onion when said no onion and the other didn't have bacon when a bacon cheeseburger was ordered. Went in and explained. After waiting was given the food. Asked for the receipt again and the staff walked away. Followed up with Burger King Corporate and in giving the customer service rep the info noticed it looks like they also overcharged me by almost 3 dollars for my order. The customer service rep submitted my info for a refund. This was about a month ago. I still haven't heard back from them and haven't recieved a refund...

Do the employees know how many patties come on a DOUBLE cheeseburger? I ordered one tonight (along with other food for my family) and I got a single cheeseburger. Found out when my husband brought it home. So I go back out and tell them I didn't get my double cheeseburger (along with a kid's meal). They correct it.... or so I thought.
