I rarely leave reviews. I have received delivery from Bubakoos in Butler several times and 100% of the time my order came wrong. I would call the store and they always just apologized, but never offered to make it right. For some reason, and it's my fault, I continued to order from them, I guess I was hoping they'd get it right. I shop at the Walgreens next to their store, so, I decided to walk in and order food in person, I've done this two times. The facility is dirty, ALL tables have food and garbage left on them and the food prep/serving station was horrendously disgusting. It's clear there's no strong management there to watch over what seems to be a bunch of young teenagers running the place. I placed an order for delivery on Jan 31st, my order had the 3rd party delivery company and a driver tip. Somehow, my order was changed from delivery to pick up. Given the date I entered the order, it seems highly suspicious how it was changed to pick up. I called the store and spoke with Jager, the general manager, he had no answer to what or why this happened and said he'll refund my money. I never received my refund, I called back two times and spoke with Sean and Sienna and they have no answers. Today is February 11th and I still have not received my refund. However, Sienna did explain to that the owner of the company must approve any refund and most likely this is the case. This makes no sense! I will NEVER use this Bubakoos or any other ever again. Fingers crossed I get my $61 dollar refund.
Adding to my review. As I read the other reviews, it reminded me that in my delivery orders, if I asked for extra meat or extra something else. The majority of the time, there was a post-it in my bag stating they are out of meat, cheese, peppers/onions ect. However, they NEVER changed the amount of the ticket.
I most likely will report them to the better business bureau.
Adding to my review: To the "owner" who responded to my review. First and foremost, as a business owner since 2008, I'm not sure why it is a struggle for you to refund my money or device another solution to make things right. This should be quick and simple. Secondly, please stop responding with what is clear to be a generic response. Your words are either verbatim or the exact same as other reviews. This shows how you treat your customers as non-essentials and defines you as a business owner as not giving a damn about your customers.
Update to review: Today is February 17, 2025 and I have still NOT received my refund. Any communication with this company now is ignored. I have reported them to the better business bureau (BBB). Furthermore, I have stopped in at the restaurant and took pictures of how DISGUSTING the place is. I now also have a video of how the staff and manager ganged up on a customer yelling at them. All were shared with the BBB. I will add these photos and videos once the case is resolved.
Just left the Walgreens I shop at next to this Bubbakoo's. I popped in and as usual the store is dirty. Tables are disgusting with sauces dried up on the tables. The food serving station was horrendous. There was hair on the counter next to the veggies. What's even more crazy, there was NO ONE in the store. Not one human even greeted me or eventually showed their face. Lastly, since my Jan 31st comment, I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND.

We both got a bowl, with the exception I got queso on mine, which is another $2.49. However, my husband got double meat, which I didnât and he also got a water. They charged him only $11 and mine was $16. I questioned the man who rang me up as to what happened and he made up some excuse as to not being sure about the difference and how it was rung up. When I asked my husband what HE thought happened, he said the woman/ girl who served him AND rang him up was smiling and staring at him the entire time he was placing his order. This was not the same girl who served me. So I suppose because this woman found my husband attractive, she charged him significantly less for his meal. This is absolutely disgusting and a very poor way to run a business. We will not be going back anytime soon. Bubbakoos you need to do MUCH better and please re-evaluate the people...

When I arrived to pick up my food it was made wrong and not a burrito. they proceeded to tell me that when it's a make youre own order, they make it however they want. So what was the point of me customizing it? He then goes to re make it and does it wrong again. After all that. I left with something else and headache.
