Snack-N-Pack — Restaurant in Butler

WE WILL NEVER BE BACK! This was exactly the worst that I have aver came across and I am 78 years old. Had company in from out of town so Sat evening 12/14 we called in an order for 3 Steak Salads. Picked them up, paid $30.18 for them.It wasn't the price, it was the food itself and the quality of it.What is so hard about this order? 3 Steak Salads, #1Add hard boiled egg and onion-No cheese or onions, opened it up at home it had it had no french fries, onion or egg. #2nd one-No olives or onions, it had no french fries or cheese#3 No onions, olives add egg.It had no french fries or cheese. Called and had to go back only for the smart mouth that I had to deal with to tell me that there was nothing she could do about it but give me french fries for all 3 salads and heat up the steak. What kind of people do you hire? They could care less about your customers and apparently you don't either or they would be supervised by someone that knows the business. I sure won't recommend your place to any one. It was really a goodplace but it sure went to h*. In case you care, which is doubtful my check# is453412.Hire a NEW crew if you want...

My fiance and I went in excited to be at Snack n Pack for the first time since 2015 when we first met. This was the first 20 minutes we were together back then and we sat at a particular table so we wanted to recreate that moment today. So we walk in and see that our table hadn't been cleaned yet. So the waitress Lori P. Came up to us and we asked if she could wash off that table. She immediately turned around and rolled her eyes as my fiance and myself both saw it. My fiance said you don't have to roll your eyes and the waitress responded " I didn't roll my eyes.. Don't say I rolled my eyes". So she came back to wipe it off and my fiance explained the reason for the table and the waitress said okay but don't say I rolled my eyes with attitude!!! I wanted to leave immediately. My fiance ordered a soda as did I just cause. My fiance ordered fries to go as I was fuming and wanted nothing. We took a sip of our $4.57 sodas and the food came we got up paid and left. Lori P. I eat at a lot of restaurants, and I mean A LOT; I constantly am travelling between Pittsburgh and Erie. I stopped here three weeks ago and ordered a tuna melt and a side of fries. Ended up waiting nearly thirty minutes and then had to deal with a waitress who just threw my food on the table and walked off in a hurry. Wouldn't surprise me if this place is operating on a skeleton crew.

The tuna wasn't seasoned and the mayonnaise was almost certainly old. Even the bread was just barely passable, tasting like it was rehydrated after being left out for a couple of days. Yuck.

The fries were caked in salt while simultaneously being soggy. They also tasted like they had been refrigerated for too long. Also yuck. I've had crispier and less sodium-saturated fries at Burger King and I'm NOT kidding. Given the general lack of emphasis on keeping the place in a decent condition, I kinda feel like the owner would probably say something along the lines of, "if you don't like this place, go somewhere else."

Oh, don't worry, I will.
