I am new to Verizon, and thanks to Bryce at the Verizon store in Butte, Montana, I couldnāt be happier!!! Bryce took amazing care of me, helped me receive the ideal phone and he even laughed at my bad jokes as he helped me! In all seriousness, this was the BEST experience I have ever had, acquiring a new phone!!
I had been with AT&T for 16 years, when I decided to jump ship and see what Verizon had to offer. I walked in to the Verizon store and met Bryce, and it was happily ever after!! Bryce took care of me so well, and very impressive: he didnāt try to sell me anything! Instead, he offered suggestions based on my answers to questions, and fit me with the devices that suited me best!
Bryce was very Knowledgable, and he explained things to me very well, and inspired comparison shopping with different phones and devices.
The caveat was that I walked into the store with a badly cracked, 6 year old iPhone 5s, and no money to put down. Bryce not only got me into the iPhone 8plus (in my favorite color, red!!), a life proof case, and a jet pack, but he even paid the penny I owed!
Thatās right. My total cost that first day was one cent!! And Bryce paid it for me, so I wouldnāt have to go dig under my car seats!
I am thrilled with my brand new iPhone and jet pack, thrilled with Verizon, and especially impressed with Bryce. He makes it look easy. And I am one of the dangerous sort of device seekers... I know a little, and I use them a lot. So Bryce helped educate me, for which I am so grateful.
Thank you Bryce, for being so cool, for helping me get the phone I really wanted, for even personally setting up my phone and devices for me and for being there when I have an idiot moment and need help. Thank you so much, Bryce, and thanks for making my first experience with Verizon so...

She first answered all my questions on how much I would be paying a month. She was nice enough to write all the information for me on a sticky note so I could look over. Notified me of the promotions I was eligible for. I had my mind set on the switch right away. I called T-Mobile and paid my balance and canceled my plan. I walked out the store with the new iPhone 13 and a new Apple Watch and most importantly better service. To me she really put her all in getting me what I truly wanted and I couldnāt have asked for a better person to service me. I really hope she receive the recognition of going beyond and providing nothing less of what quality customer service really is. She was kind and informative and I appreciate that very much....

The service rep that "helped" us, JoDale, originally set up the insurance incorrectly which caused the phone to not be covered despite paying for the insurance monthly for over 2 years. She was lazy, and unwilling to help find a similar replacement phone and told us we would have to wait 3 more days. We explained that after already waiting & trying to get help for 3 days we really needed good customer service. Another service rep, Daniel, was extremely disrespectful and told us we were ignorant for asking for helpful service. In the end we were able to order the phone ourselves with next day delivery. If we could do it, why couldn't they?? Used to really appreciate this store, now we...
