Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Butte

Ate here before we left Butte Montana to catch our flight. It’s Pizza Hut not expecting anything crazy in general. Price wise their Monday special was worth it. The food was actually hot & fresh and tasted good overall. The staff were kind and very nice. Biggest downfall was wasn’t much to do while waiting for the food. Didn’t take long but had two small tvs to watch off of that I wouldn’t have noticed if I didn’t try looking for something to do lol The decor was old and not the most attractive but wasn’t dirty or anything like that. Overall was good. Price and taste wise better than a lot of other pizza huts I’ve been too. Not the worse in attractiveness just could use more updated stuff like decor or even to entertain the guest who sit down and eat like a couple claw machines or bigger tvs so can actually notice...

We order alot through pizza hut, but it seems almost every time they forget something. The food is good. The last time I ordered the doordash driver didn't bring us everything, I called the store and they confirmed they put it all with him, they offered to make a new one and I come and get it, or give me a $10 credit on my account, which was nice. I offered to call the dasher and see if he dropped it or something, he took a while to give me a straight answer, and personally the way he answered me made it seem like he purposfuly forgot it, but "found it" so brought it to us. So it isn't really ever on pizza hut but more of doordash. Really sucks this place isn't able to keep employees, and have to rely on a different company to get delivery correct. I think that is the main reason we don't order as often...

3 19 2021. Customer service lacks tremendously here. I waited 15 minutes for some one to answer. When they did finally answer I asked why the long wait, she would just repeat " how my I help you" . I asked this question 3 times . After placing the order I call back after one hour ( bc the app said they haven't even started preparing my order ) buy this time its 10 pm. I waited on the phone for another 15 minutes. I had to call off another number and they answered after 1 min. I ask how much longer and they tell me 2 more hours.... just for a large stuffed crust. I ordered threw dominos. I get my large pizza in 45 minutes.. this is extreme 😳 order pizza at 9pm and received by 12am ......
