Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Byram

I order a lot of pizza from here quite often. It's getting to the point I don't even wanna order from here anymore cause everytime I get my order, it is usually wrong and takes a long time, as much as I spend, I want what I paid for. Then tonight I called to let them know part of order was missing could the lady check computer to see my order, and all she could say is "I don't know how". I hung up. Time to switch to different pizza place , I order pizza from here at least once a week if not more sometimes. It's getting to where it takes them longer to deliver, and several times now they have got my order wrong. Waited an hour and a half tonight for the wrong pizza and another 30 minutes or more for them to remake my order and deliver. If they can't do no better then that for a regular customer, then I may switch pizza olaces. I work hard for my money, I love their pizza, but I feel like they just don't care. Good food, first few times I ordered, prompt timing. And it's like the same order Everytime but delivery takes longer and forgetting part of order. That's why I quit using the other pizza place. So I always look online to see what I want or about to pay before I call in and make my order. I called in and tried to order from what was online and it didn't specify whether I could get the price online or in store. That wasn't even the issue! When JANET, the manager supposedly, FINALLY got the phone after yelling in the background, she told me "the pizza is 12 something you can't get it for 9.99 that's only for online. You can just complain on this phone because you not gone get what you want! The complaint is gonna come to MY EMAIL and MY COMPUTER so don't waste your time!" JANET'S attitude was the problem not the $2 difference. I regularly order from this store because of cravings due to my pregnancy but I will just do with out. I wish I could give this Byram, MS store (store number 581) zero stars but my review will not post without clicking at least one. Anyway, I ended up ordering...

Andrew the so called manager is rude as hell, the counter girls do not know what customer service is( they cant even spell it) ordered 2 pizzas and was told 20 minutes for pick up, got there in 30 minutes and pizzas weren't ready, waited another 30 minutes still not ready, they only had one cooked and haven't even started on the second, after a confrontation with Andrew that could not look you me in the face, and another 20 minutes, I got a refund and went to the Mexican restaurant, we will never I mean never eat here or...
