Increasing, McDonald's in many places are falling behind in their accuracy and Service. Honestly, I know that they are hurting due the Pandemic and lack of employees;, it's Circumstances sometimes beyond their control. But, some things that a preteen could get straight and they manage to not get your order wrong...I have to cry," Foul"! Today, we went to a McDonald's in Bryam, MS, and simply ordered 2 sausage Mc Griddles and 2 coffees with one creamer In each. The 2 coffees were fine..got that right... the 2 Sausage Mc Griddles...which my husband repeated two times and it Was confirmed 3 times by the employees And handed out the window to us...were Chicken Mc Griddles! How do you mix that simple order up! It was repeated 5 times... nothing said about Chicken..not once! We had waited in a long line, barely moving for 15 or more minutes...and they gave us the wrong order! The chicken was so spicy that I couldn't eat it. I ate the bread by itself. If I every go there again..."IF" , I do...I will have to slow their Service down more by opening the wrapper at the window, and checking it, before I move away from the Window! The 2 lanes to speed Service isn't working either.... It's slower, the wait is longer and the order is usually always wrong. I have witnessed on numerous occasions, when one customer tries to beat another customer to the window first, when the other customer had ordered first. This causes a mixed up order and much longer than a single lane would require. If it's not working, why keep 2 lanes! If MCDONALD'S doesn't make improvements soon, it's fast Service is going to be gone, because people like myself will speed past it, instead of ...
Read moreThe older manager, who was passing out the food, had a TERRIBLE attitude. She initially tried to hand me 1 bag and 1 beverage, so I immediately asked for a cupholder (since I ordered 3 combos). She instantly frowned up and asked "what did you ask for?", as if I was crazy for asking for it. I informed her that 1st of all, I didn't order a southern style chicken sandwich. And then proceeded to tell what my order was. She was obviously aggravated. She closed the window, frowned, and began to mumble under breath. There were approximately 5 people around her and they all looked out the window, when she started mumbling. That let me know that she was mumbling about me🤣. She finally handed me my stuff. All 3 combos in 1 medium bag.(couldn't even fold or roll the bag closed.) I raised my hand to get her attention. I needed a bag, because 1 of the meals had to be dropped off for someone to eat, on their lunch break. She opened the window and immediately said "it's already in the bag" with an obvious frown. She assumed I wanted ketchup🤦🏾♂️. I told her "it can't be in the bag, because I was going to ask for an extra bag." It's crazy when the teenage employees have more manners and better customer service skills than the person who's in charge of implementing those behaviors. Probably shouldn't be working in a field that requires you dealing with people, if you can't deal with them in a more pleasant and...
Read moreI went to pick up my mobile order and was immediately yelled at that the lobby was closed due to an issue with the bathrooms (despite there being no signage). I mentioned that other customers were still sitting in the playplace area, and the employee snapped, Well, theyre trapped there. I explained that I just wanted to get the food I had already paid for, but they rushed through the process, asking what I had ordered instead of checking the app, clearly trying to get me out as fast as possible.
I had to repeatedly remind them that I ordered for two kidsboth needed drinks, Halloween buckets, and nuggets. Despite that, my order was still wrong. I ended up with only one apple packet even though I ordered two Happy Meals, no fries for anyone, no large drink for me, and somehow three extra packs of 4-count nuggets that I didnt order.
The entire experience was chaotic and unprofessional. I understand if the lobby had to close for a maintenance issue, but theres no reason to treat customers rudely or rush them out without making sure their paid order is correct. It was stressful, confusing, and disappointing especially with kids waiting for...
