On Wednesday, December 13, 2023 at 6:05 Pm we drove from Utica Mississippi to Byram deciding to eat at Rally’s. after ordering we left heading to church in Florence but noticed our order was wrong. We turned around and pulled up to the drive through, we explained to the cashier about the wrong order, all of a sudden the employees got a nasty attitude that made us feel like we were discriminated against , the cooks left the kitchen area to stick their heads around to see out the window staring at my family with ugly grins on their faces. The girl got another hamburger and told us to keep the wrong one, we were pulling off but, we noticed that order also was wrong as well, we backed up and told the girl at the cash register this order was also wrong! The attitudes were very ugly the handling of the food at that time was concerning so much that I became uneasy about consuming what they had replaced the wrong order with. I don’t like to get working people in trouble, but this was unacceptable behavior! Management If you have cameras, you’ve got the date you’ve got the time which will tell you the employees that were on duty and are guilty. If I was a business owner of Rally’s , and this happened at my business? I would definitely consider retraining or terminating before I allowed that group of employees to serve the public again in my business. This was a very bad experience for my family. It feels like we are living in a Third World country when employees of a business can make the customer feel unsafe about consuming the food you pay for....
Read moreI was very disappointed with the quality of not only my food, but also the poor service. The fries were good but disappointingly cold. I will say the burger I received was very scrumptious and pleasant to the eye. Yet this does not make up for the poor performance of the workers. They omitted items from my order and when I tried to raise it to their attention, I was chastised and left with no refund for the items. I pulled my BMW sedan back to the drive through when I politely yet firmly asked to converse with the manager of the establishment. He told me they were out of the items that I ordered, yet the funds were already transferred from my bank account. My accountant was unable to retrieve the currency. They said I could substitute for for an item of equal value. There was no item of equal value to my appeal, and I simply asked for a refund. They said in order to get the refund I had to go through the Rally’s App. I did not order on the app, rather directly from the website before arriving at the location. I have no want or need for the Rally’s App, because I do not intend to return. After 2 rounds of discussion with the manager, I received a substitute item for the 2 that were not available, but it was still at a loss of funds for me. Very disappointing, Rally’s. Poorly executed. Sincerely, Mr. White P.S. I also did not receive any wiping utensils in my bag, so I had to wipe the grease on my Armani suit sleeve. Read moreOn June 8, 2024 at approx 11:50pm, I went to Rally's in Byram, MS. I ordered a combo that totaled $9.05. I gave the cashier $10.05 (which was 2 fives and a nickel) and instead of the cashier giving me my food with a $1 change back, she told me I didn't give her enough money. I then said, "What do you mean?" She replied, "You only gave me a five, a one, and a nickel." I then looked inside my wallet thinking I miscounted, but noticed both 5 dollar bills I had were missing, meaning I did give her the correct amount of money. I then told the cashier "I know what you're doing, just give me my food and my change and we'll act like this never happened." She then got an attitude so I asked for her manager. The manager then came to the window very aggressive saying she'll count the register. The manager then acted like she was counting the register before she started yelling at me as well saying "I'm holding up her drive thru window". I then told her "Just give me my money so I can leave I just caught y'all trying to scam me." She then threatened to call the police." I told her to do so. Two Byram police officers came. I then requested a police report from the officers who stated they'll do a thorough investigation. A case number was given.
