Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Byron Township

I think people that work at this location or are friends with people who work at this location are putting good reviews up, the Byron center location is horrible bad service bad employees horrible no really horrible manager I live less than 5miles away, yet it took almost an hour and a half to be delivered, the topping were burnt, the crust was not fully cooked, i called and complained, the guy said it took less than a half hour to deliver and he should know because he delivered it, yet it was a woman that delivered it, he said it was cooked properly when it was not, and acused me of trying to scam them, i contacted corporate who sided with them, i will never order jets again and will stop anyone i can from ordering from them, this is no way to treat a customer, my father suggest i leave this comment ever though this all took place last year, i have only had problems with the Byron center location as has friends and family, but after cooperates response I'm done will...

I work close to this location and tried ordering here a couple times. Both times I ordered over an hour in advance asking it to be delivered at a specific time (my lunch break). The first time they delivered it over 30mins late. The second time, they stated that they attempted to deliver it but the doors were locked even though I asked if they knew the place they were delivering to and they said yes. There were people on break before the time I asked it to delivered too and let delivery drivers in all the time so I know they would've let them in if they arrived at the right time and place. I love Jet's pizza but will not be ordering from this...

I am told this is the location that delivers to my address. They have delivered in the past. Now when I call they tell me to call a different store. The store they give me says to call this store. Lost business.

EDIT: Updated 3/7/2019 I am editing my review of this location as I was contacted by the owner for the issue above. The conversation was good and he even went the extra mile to get me in contact with the owner of the location that does deliver to my house.
