My husband went into this location to grab an “extra most bestest” THIN crust and two crazy breads. The guy in front of him had ordered his pizza to be picked up at a certain time. They didn’t even have his order, supposedly. Then, when that guy went to pay, the woman at the register shorted him. When he asked about it, she just said, “well I can’t give you a refund because I don’t know how to do that”… okay. That doesn’t seem right, at all. The guy just left. Then my husband orders, and AFTER he is done ordering, the woman says they don’t have the pizza we ordered, and this is all they’re doing right now. Wasn’t the pizza we wanted. To me, that isn’t acceptable. Tell me DURING the ordering process you won’t be able to do the pizza that we paid for, not AFTER. Ridiculous. So we paid for a pizza we didn’t receive. Upon going back in to try to fix this issue, now behind a bunch of other customers, we were looked at, several times, directly, and not helped. We decided they probably wouldn’t do anything about it anyways, since they couldn’t even give the guy in front of us a refund of his money that he was owed. Read moreCurrent time 625 pm, Today is Friday October 13th, as usual a lot of fast food places and pizza places are busy. However it is not custom for them to take their phone off the hook so no one can call and order. I was trying to order for an hour and a half by phone. But the phone line kept on saying busy. Upon arrival to the store, the phone was visibly off of the hook (on purpose )when I mentioned it to the hiring /store manager, he said he knew it was off the hook cause they were busy. I said so you did it on purpose? He said yes. Totally unprofessional.
Edit: 57 min later: 7:24 phone is still off the hook.
I'm going to keep calling to see when they finally put the hook back on. I work fast food, and I've worked pizza before. You are literally loosing your location money.

Read moreThe pizza was good as normal, however the girl at the register (who's name I didn't get) she's the one with the ends of her hair dyed blue, had an attitude. When I first walked in, there was another customer that asked her how much longer it would be until his pizza came out. I don't remember what she said, but her TONE was not friendly and then turned around and started talking to her coworker like there weren't other people waiting to purchase food. When she did help me, she did not need to ask me with a snarky tone "what do you want" and then SLAM my pizza on the counter. She needs some customer service training. I will not be coming back to this location if this is the customer service...
