Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Byron

My name is Ray I went to Marco's Pizza Friday my order was a carryout order. I went inside to grab my order the guy gave me the order. I left considering it was three boxes and I knew I ordered two pizzas and cheese sticks I didn't check it because I usually always get my pizza from them and it's always right long story short, I got home the order was wrong all the pizzas are wrong then they forgot to include my drink and every time I called the store no one answered but when they did answer it was the next day and the female was rude and so was the guy and I called the store around 3:00pm on Saturday March the 18th 2023 so whichever employees were working at that time that answered the phone they were very rude and the girl hung up the phone the guy was cursing telling me ain't nothing they can do about it, I should have checked my order it's my fault even though they gave me the wrong stuff and I told them I called back multiple times on Friday he said oh well I should have drove up there but I stay 45 minutes away from the store. I just always stop at that store and it's very bad customer service and I will not recommend anyone to go to that store neither will I be spending my money...

We get delivery from Marcos often. First let me say the delivery drivers are always amazing! Kind, polite and so sweet. I actually look forward to seeing them. The food always arrives hot. They give us a delivery arrival window but I truly feel it arrives very quickly. Great when you’ve had a long day at work and you are hungry. My husband is obsessed with the Garlic Parmesan wings. And it seems the folks at Marcos know it because he feels there’s always a little extra sauce on the wings. We both love the Pepperoni Magnifico pizza! Ooh how the pepperoni is cooked until the edges are just turning crispy! It’s to die for!

Middle Georgia does not have great pizza places. Maybe we feel this way because we are from NJ, NY and PA. There’s no mom and pop shop with true Brooklyn pizza in this area. But we have always loved Dominos where we are from especially late nights. There’s no denying Marcos blows them out of the pizza oven! We are so thankful for Marco’s! Ordering is so easy, everyone is so kind, arrives fast, awesome delivery folks and the best pizza! Yes please! Best middle...

UPDATE: While the company is STILL trying to figure out how to improve the all so you can order what you want, the employees at this location have greatly improved it, based on my last visit! On a whim, I ordered a pizza because most other places were closed or about to close. I finally got the app to order the food right, and the people inside had the pizza ready in minutes, and it was as perfect as they probably could get it. We enjoyed it immensely. Based on this visit, when I want a good pizza I will come back here!

OLD REVIEW FROM 2 YEARS AGO: Tried to use the Marco's app to order a pizza, and as it has been ever since I have tried to use their app, it is impossible to get a pizza configured the way I want it on there. It basically forces you to accept light cheese if you want light sauce. ??? So that's on the app and on the corporate office. But when I called the store over a half an hour before closing to make a pickup order I never spoke to anyone. They just kept picking up the phone and then putting it back on hold...
