Taco Bell — Restaurant in Byron

I had 3 veggie Mexican pizzas. All 3 came in and the crust tasted really bad. ( Might be expired or sitting there for a while). My friend requested a new one and i was waiting for her to taste the new one so i can also flip mine as well. She said the new one is decent, so i went for my turn and the food worker flipped mine. The old lady cook on the food line seemed angry when another lady told her that the 2nd pizza stinks as well. If you can't provide fresh food, just throw it out. It's your fault and you need to accept that. Anyway, i sat there for 4-5 minutes after drizzling sauce on it. I ate 1 whole piece and after that I realized that something seems not good because on top of the beans there was something else drizzled which was beef (which we don't eat at all). At the same time a lady came out with a new pizza and said sorry there is beef in your pizza and this is your veggie pizza. Like the cook and other staff sat there and made a whole new pizza and not even 1 worker hesitated to come out to notify me not to eat that NON VEG PIZZA. The restaurant wasn't busy at all so there's no chance for any excuses related to that. I am coming from Canada and working in the Canadian restaurant which is way more busier than this but this...

just returned from lunch today. No cashier to order. fine. sat empty cups on counter and walked away. kind of odd since i had to indicate at the order kiosk what drink i wanted. still had to ask for a drink because it was not out front. Got order. wife had the cinnamon twists, they were the worst ones ever. no cinnamon, and something very off about them. went up to counter and finally someone came up and we asked to swap them out. wife stayed right there at counter to taste one but employee walked away immediately. still tasted terrible. she said excuse me 3 x and another employee just looked at her. i ended up having to raise my voice to say excuse me and the same employee came back to see what was wrong. wife told him they were still bad and told him to taste one. he looked at her in disgust and said no you already touched it i am not going to touch it like she had a terrible disease. i told him that was unnecessary that all she wanted him to see what was wrong with them. tried telling manager about the issue. seemed unconcerned and only said i am sorry. terrible customer service and...

If you order a taco, you get a shell with cheese and lettuce. The meat is basically not there, you might get a 1/4 of a teaspoon. That's not what I Paid for! Taco's come with meat! I wouldn't waste my money at this Taco Bell. They want to save money at your expense by giving you a scant amount of meat and they do it on every food product they have that uses beef. Not only that but you just pay for a flour tortilla and no filling. This is what you call greed and starving people where they never feel full because you Taco Bell employees do not fill the tacos and burritos!! I wonder if the manager they fired in Perry at the Chick-fil-A now works here. ...
