Will Not Order here again. Several horrible experiences and today was the last straw. Ordered curbside, and was told my order would be ready in 20 minutes, and that they would be watching for my car. My pickup time came and went, so I got out and went into the store, where my order was sitting on a shelf. I gave the girl my name, and she handed me my order. I asked how long it had been sitting on the shelf, and she replied oh about 5-10 minutes. I explained that I had been sitting in the car that she was supposed to be watching for for the last 15 minutes. her reply, Oh well you're supposed to text us when you get here. There was never any note about that or even a phone number to text on my order confirmation, so to sum it up, I got cold chicken fajitas, from a very unfriendly to-go server, (Who was not wearing a mask or gloves while handling my food) and absolutely zero customer service. To top it all off, I get back to my office and find no silverware to eat my cold chicken fajitas with. If I ran my business this way, I would be out of business in a heartbeat. Chilis really needs to get it together here in Canon City. I've never had a positive experience at this location, and the management never seems to care when I say...
Read moreService was good. We are used to eating well-seasoned meals made at home from scratch. But, we received a Gift card so we went to dinner at Chili's. The food was overly salty and greasy without many seasonings. We had a pasta and Caribbean salad with shrimp. The pasta tasted like salty bottled Alfredo sauce over penne with grilled chicken (veggies not included) and the $11 salad was a bed of Iceberg lettuce with a few pieces of fruit and shrimp. The shrimp had good flavor but basically I expect higher quality and more ingredients in an $11 salad. I could have made a better dinner at home in 30 minutes. But, it was free due to the gift card. We weren't missing much all those years we skipped Chili's, and dining out in general. Honestly I am not sure what you are paying for anymore when you go out to eat. My kitchen produces better food. You can't even hardly say you are eating out for the service or atmosphere anymore. Business owners are eliminating waitress jobs by putting a terminal on your table for you to order and pay. It is intrusive to intimacy. So if I must buy food away from home, I think grocery store delis and fast food offer more appetizing, healthy, and cheap options than sit-down restaurants...
Read moreI arrived towards the end of the dinner rush for a meal and beer for a dear friend's birthday. While the atmosphere was happy and loud as it should be, the staff seemed less than enthused we were there. We sat in the lounge area by the entrance to the kitchen. The waitress was attentive. At first I didn't think she heard me ask for guacamole and chips when she had the server bring out chips and salsa. She was right behind with the guacamole and a great smile. 😁 She put in our order and it was ready very timely. Upon the deliverance, I received something not resembling a 6 oz sirloin steak. It looked more like an over cooked hamburger patty gone wrong. I ordered the same thing as my friend and hers looked like an actual steak! I was going to take pictures but decided against it as I felt that would just be unprofessional as a Google guide. The manager did come out and explained that it was definitely a 6 oz steak and my look must have told her my thoughts as I looked at across the table to the plate of my friends and then looked at her. . When i cut into it and showed her it was also over cooked, she then offered me another steak. I was promptly delivered a sirloin steak cooked...
