This one is on the owner and on the Chef (maybe the same person). You can’t run this restaurant with only two servers on a Sunday . We visited the restaurant yesterday. Let me be more specific, first let me mention the positive things. The salon area is really nice and we love the decoration and the food is good. I ordered the whole fried fish and it was awesome, my husband ordered the duck chaufa and it was ok. Now the bad side of the history, we ordered a wine and bottle of water and it took them 10 minutes to told me that the wine was not available, so we choose a different one and it took them 20 additional minutes to bring it. 30 minutes into the restaurant and not even the water was brought to the table. We ordered our food before we ordered the second bottle of wine and it took almost two hours to bring our dinner. The bottle neck in the kitchen was horrible. Orders coming out extremely slow , we can hear other customers complaining too. In summary food is good but the overall service experience was poor. Remember the service and the experience is as important as the food. You have a very good concept and great flavors on your menu, fix the service and the time in the kitchen and you will have a nice long...

What a gem of restaurant….definitely worth the trip. The space is is very unique with a kinda vip-ish vibe. You can’t see the restaurant from the street so you just gotta know it’s there. It’s on the third floor of an architect firm and you have to ring several doorbells to be let in and then knock on a huge wooden door with a metal anchor. Isn’t that just cool? The restaurant itself has a marine chic vibe, slightly teasing you of what’s to come. Service? On point. The waitress is witty and passionate about the brand. And a damn good sales waitress. Food? Excellent. We got the fried snapper and it was delicate and flavorful. We also had a lobster cake that was excellent. The best part was the chef coming to our table and briefly explaining his concept. Buy fresh, buy local or don’t even offer...

I have been to puerto rico four times this year and all four times I make sure I make a reservation at this restaurant before going back to nyc. I cannot express or put into words how amazing the food and the service is here! The food is fresh and the quality and taste is second to none to the point I'm left speechless every time. I recommend anyone that is looking to have the best experience they can have at a restaurant to check this place out. My wife and family can't get enough of this place. We had sting ray alcapurrias and fried fish once that I was left amazed. I recommend this place to anyone and I can guarantee that you will be leaving a similar review. Don't forget to get dessert because damn was it good 😋.. I wish I can leave more than...

This is a hidden gem! The food was exquisite, the service perfect, and I loved the attention by the chef. He came over and explained all of the dishes to us and patiently answered all of our questions. You can tell they paid a lot of attention to the details when building out the restaurant. The main dining area is open and very light with high ceilings and paintings throughout the restaurant. I loved the open kitchen where you can see them preparing the food. Even though the ceilings were very high, the acoustics are phenomenal. We were able to talk normally even though the restaurant was very busy later in the evening. There is an area for private events and a bar that I can’t wait for to visit for some cocktails and dinner. I will definitely be back!
