Tijuana's Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Caguas

They saw me and my family walking away upset at the fact that there establishment say 11pm close but she told us they’re kitchen closed at 10 and all the employees(about 4-6employees) put out their middle fingers because we were posting our review at 9pm. If you’re not ready to serve people properly why have your doors open. The level of rudeness and lack of customer service is disgusting. Everyone just stay away from this place. If you were the owner of this please, you should seriously consider training your staff that represent your business! Google says they close at 11pm and the door says they close at 12am… it’s 9pm and they’re “not taking any more customers/they’re closed” as told to us by a server at the door. When asked to speak to her manager, she was tending the bar and unavailable… seriously… close your doors if you can’t function properly! There’s a line of people waiting outside the door… you don’t turn them away. #itybityreviewsandconsulting

As we were leaving and she notices my sister talking a video to post, the hostesses, servers, and the “manager” all got together to gossip about what just occurred. She came on to ask what we were posting. She said that in a normal night the kitchen closes at 11 but today they were closing it at 10pm. Again people, it was 9pm…. She came back out of the restaurant with a paper and we thought she was maybe posting a sign on the door for others. Instead, she proceeded to show us the list of customers she still has not served and that they were seated inside waiting.. seriously… what?! We just walked away and when they went inside, she proceeded to stick her middle fingers up at us. Are you serious?! Never in my life have I ever experienced anything like this… horrible! This restaurant has a good atmosphere and some live music if you make it in time. But when we showed up at 7:30 on a sunday the live music was gone. I am not a picky eater, but for a restaurant with over 4 stars on Google, presenting itself in this atmosphere, should at least have better food-which is what counts the most. The first time I came here I ordered enchiladas-very little meat and a LOT of liquid sauce. The second time I came here, we left after eating the nachos. The pictures of the food were decent, but when we the food arrived EVERYTHING had been microwaved. You know how cheese looks after melting in the microwave-thats exactly what they did to the nachos. The flavor wasn't bad, but when you go to a restaurant like this you expect a higher quality of cooking. I am also not a complainer, but I could have microwaved better nachos. My advice, try GUSTOS, a great quality restaurant in caguas. And instead, this place should be called 'Tijuanna's:...

If I were a manager I would come out with a sign and post a worker at the front door to speak to guest as they approach the restaurant saying Due to occupancy we are closed for the night. That would be the proper thing to do. However, that is not the welcome we received when we arrived. It was 9pm. The worker said they were closed and the sign said they close at 11 pm. They were so rude.
